I cannot say enough about Jeremy's customer service skills - I truly feel so comfortable asking questions and requesting help with something. The building itself is maintained so beautifully! I especially love how the lobby/hallways smell so clean (not something I experienced at Xchange when I lived there) and the stunning landscaping out front. Sarah, our property manager, is always so pleasant and friendly. She is always is smiling and is so helpful! I know that she is one busy lady, but when you go to see her with a question or to pick up a package, she always stops what she's doing and gives you her full attention. Her customer service is second to none! Ashley is also very helpful and always so kind when we come to the office. Both of these ladies make you feel so welcome and are such a great team! The maintenance staff are also very friendly, kind and always greet you when you and ask you how you are doing every time you see them. They are also very quick to address any issue you may have in your apartment. The community is an easy commute to New York, especially with the free EZ ride shuttle to Secaucus Junction. There is also a cute little park in the back. It's a safe community with wonderful staff and friendly neighbors.

Do yourself a favor and don't rent here. Parking is a complete disaster there aren't nearly enough…read morespots for residents and the spaces are so tight people regularly take up multiple spots, which leads to constant towing. We dealt with mice in our unit and the heat in the winter barely worked. We had to rely on space heaters just to keep the apartment livable. Management is incredibly rude and dismissive when you bring up problems. Instead of helping residents, they respond with attitude and make everything more difficult than it needs to be. The move-out process was especially unpleasant and really showed how little they care about the people living there. Overall, extremely disappointing experience and not a place I would recommend to anyone.

The kitchens are especially large with lots of counter space and high end appliances. Every apartment has a front load washer and dryer. The building is well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. There is a great Fitness Center and a every unit comes with a storage unit. The Building Management and Maintenance staff are friendly, responsive and easy to get along with. There is a grocery store (Ashley's) just up the block, and just past that, a great Brew Pub (Gaslight Brewery). Starbucks is just across the street. The train station very close by and the express train to NYC Penn Station only takes 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Just visited here to buy some furniture off of a seller site from someone but wow this place is…read morenice. It reminds me a lot of a hotel. The keys both for the entrance and to the apartments are like an electronic plug that is really fancy. No turning locks here. The inside of the person's apartment I visited was really nice, open spaced, marble counters, large stainless steel fridge and more. The parking area was nice with numbered spaces and what looked liked garage parking for those who perhaps want it. A lot of other amenities appeared to be available like a large Exercise room separated from the actual apartment building but I'd think this is a good design choice so there is more room for apartments or other necessary rooms on site. I don't know how much it costs to rent here, but I can tell just by the look of it it's probably quite high end and if I could I'd rent here.

I have lived in several high rise buildings. The Tate is by far the best one I have lived in…read more It is quite luxurious, but that is not what distinguishes it. It is perfectly located by the highline, surrounded by art galleries and restaurants and walking distance to West Village, yet not where all the tourists are so you can sleep in and rest if you so wish to. It has an amazing rooftop with pretty good views of midtown Manhattan and the Hudson River. It also has a well equipped gym and staff is really and genuinely friendly. I am very happy with my decision and I enjoy coming home every day after work.
