Then I was greeted by Michael he was very nice very kind very knowledgeable about everything in the store he remembered my name and that made me feel like I was right at home the both of them helped me pick out the perfect set of clothing to update my wardrobe they went above and beyond excellent customer service they are both rock stars I loved it too because they were very funny and they're just like the perfect pair of people to put together when you're shopping they were very honest with what I had on and it made me feel really good about the choices I made I love these employees each time I come in and I get to see both of them it makes me very happy because I know I'm basically getting a personal stylist and they basically took care of me as soon as I opened the door from when I walked out the door it was an amazing experience and that's why I will always choose this location to shop at I also like this location because it's always organized and very clean which makes shopping so much easier thank you Maurice's for having such wonderful employees that work here it makes my shopping experience so wonderful

We decided to install ourselves and Natalie helped us when we picked everything up from the store and told us how to get detailed instructions for our design. Overall it went well but we had several questions at the very end and we were missing one crucial piece. I called the store, spoke to Natalie. She found the piece in the warehouse and offered to drop it to our house on her way home from work that day. She came in and answered our questions - she knew the product very well. I haven't come across service like this in a long time and we were so grateful And we love the new closet system.
