We will also try brunch ate the eatery attached to Button Rock. We did did find the seating in the central seating hall rather tired and not spotless though not decrepit either. There were people working on their computer and at other tables, some very restless small children. Not unpleasant but not ideal but also real life for a community location on a budget. We will come back now that we know where it is, and where to park in the rather disorganized parking lot.

Their anchor stores are Home Depot and Costco (and formerly Sears and Toys-R-Us). It includes several strip malls of little stores, and the rest are medium size stores and restaurants. This is a small, conveniently located outdoor shopping center with lots of parking. There are probably about 20 businesses altogether. There's no directory, unfortunately, either on-site or on-line; most of the businesses have addresses of 2770 Arapahoe Road or 2770 Dagny Way. The center is also next to the YMCA at 2800 Dagny Way. Forest Part Village is another small shopping center just across 95th Street that also has a good selection of stores, restaurants, and services.

This South Boulder shopping center has undergone a major renovation in the last year. It was quite…read morethe place to shop out of the downtown Boulder area back in the 1980's but in the last two decades it had lost many of its traditional tenants. As the vacancies were remedied by upstart south Boulder branches of several popular eateries and a major grocery along with the relocation of a few other businesses, it began to fill up. And then the Center itself began a major remodel a year ago. Redesigned parking, landscaping, sidewalks, entrances etc and it is now mostly done. I find myself using this shopping center much more again. Under the Sun, Pharmaca, Sweet Cow, Shuttles, Spindles and Skeins, the venerable Weaver's Dive and Travel and Neptune Mountaineering. And the brand new branch of Moe's Bagels and at this time of year, a convenient H & R Block. I see lots of patrons at Southern Sun, Walnut Cafe Southside, Murphys South, Snarfs, Play it Again Sports and of course, the big new Luckys. I am glad to see this renovation. I used this center a lot back in the 80's when there was a family owned bookstore, a children's clothing store, a mini department store (Eakers), a Hallmark Card shop, a Baskin Robbins, etc. It looks so good again. I will certainly be shopping here as there are now so many nice options.

It is nicely landscaped and offers plenty of seating for people like me. I'm not a shopper but my wife lives browsing the shops and I love people watching. Pearl Street Mall provides opportunities for both of us. We were here on a Sunday. A nice bonus is that parking is free on Sunday. Pearl Street Mall is worth a visit.

The kind of place you can wander around for a couple hours without a real plan. Parking is honestly easier than people make it sound. There's plenty on the side streets and I can usually find a spot without circling forever. Once you're there it's all on foot. Biggest thing for me: it's SO dog friendly! Most of the shops let you bring your pup in! Huge plus. There's really something for everyone. Tons of restaurants, clothing stores, and the cutest boutiques. It works whether you're a tourist checking it off the list or a local wanting a nice afternoon. They also sometimes have farmer's markets too. If you're visiting Boulder, definitely would recommend.
