She told her that she shouldn't be in the running club anymore because she could "drop dead any second" since she is underweight according to the (outdated) BMI chart. Unbelievable, and totally inappropriate. She scared the lights out of my kid and had her obsessing over her weight and body for truly no reason. I refuse to force food or encourage any kind of body shame. My child eats well, and is naturally petite, as is my whole family.
