After calling, I was told someone had stepped out, and I was left waiting outside in freezing temperatures for around 20-30 minutes before anyone returned. On a separate visit, I looked more closely at the vehicles and noticed visible marring and light scratches on the paint, along with interiors that didn't appear properly cleaned or detailed. For a dealership, I would expect the vehicles to be presented in much better condition. And for them to be clean and cared for. There was also a lack of customer service, as no one acknowledged or assisted while I was inside. I've also heard similar feedback from others, which made the experience even more concerning. Never sent my title work out to me so on day 45 of the temporary tags I had to drive to them, 140 miles from Kent ohio, but while on the phone they said "some titles got lost in the mail." My credit union said the same thing for a different loan. Send these documents certified you greedy jerks. It will be the last time I ever buy a car here. Not sure what to tell you, big dealerships are just as bad, if not worse. There is more to the story but you get it. Good luck if you use them. Nice people but they don't really seem to care once they get their money.
