When I called to fix the charges, I had to repeatedly tell them to remove things I never asked for. The bill came out to $95, not the $75 I agreed to, and nothing was properly explained upfront. This feels deceptive and dishonest. Be careful -- WOW! adds extra fees without clear consent and makes it difficult to get straightforward service. I do not recommend them to anyone.

So I went by to see it at AT&T just for kicks but the second I walked in the door the difference in the level of service I was receiving made it clear to me that I needed to switch to AT&T.
