When I finally reached someone by phone, I was told -- directly -- that they don't have time to answer emails or take calls because they are too busy. Read that again: too busy to answer customers who are trying to give them money. There is no proper online ordering system, no follow-up, no basic customer service, and zero respect for potential buyers. If you don't want to sell online or respond to inquiries, then don't pretend to have a website that suggests otherwise. This is not how a legitimate or serious business operates in 2025. Ignoring customers and brushing them off with "we're busy" is unacceptable. Communication is the bare minimum -- and they completely failed. When I was in there a few days previous they told me it was 18k. Years ago this place used to be fair but don't think I'll ever go back. Make sure to get some other quotes before you just take what they offer, they seem. I miss the old owners.
