Also they tried to get me to sign affidavit stating any services need to be paid at 50% before an appointment and if you don't cancel five days a head you forfeit your deposit. I refused. Unfortunately, AFTER receiving the service and on the way out we were billed $212 instead of 100% coverage for in network preventative services. When I called and asked about the same day, I was told "we aren't in anyone's network." So, now there is a $75 deductible for each of my two children and only 60% coverage instead of no deductible and 100% coverage on a $500+ bill. All of it would've been prevented if they told the truth up front. Bottom line is they are friendly, but they have no problem deceiving you and getting to your wallet. Don't walk away, run!
