I am very disappointed in the manager and how she handled the situation today by TELLING ME TO GO ELSEWHERE. I had scheduled an appointment for my husband and I a few weeks ago. They are pretty booked so the next available appointments are about a months wait. We did not get any reminders for our upcoming appointments. I had missed my appointment and was marked as a no show and then she cancelled my husbands appointment. As a business it should be automatic to send out reminders and not EXPECTED for you to remember your appointment time and they should not be CANCELLING appointments without letting the patient know. ALL DENTIST CLINICS THAT I HAVE BEEN TO HAVE ALWAYS SENT OUT REMINDERS FOR UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS AND HAVE NEVER CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT THE PATIENTS APPROVAL. The manager their needs to be fired, she has bad people skills and blames the customer and tells them to go find business elsewhere. She is very unprofessional. Disappointed in the manager and will be finding another dentist and better staff who care about their patients. There should be an option for 0 stars. read more

I have to say, I was extremely happy with Northpointe Family Dentistry. The staff was very polite and extremely friendly. My first time there yet they made me feel as if I've been a patient with them for decades. The service was wonderful. They explain everything very thoroughly and make sure you leave there with no questions. The care plan they provide is also top rate. The office was very nice the staff was very nice. I met with one of their new dentist and I'm very disappointed in her diagnosis. She actually referred me to a specialist because she said I have too many issues going on. What a joke! I found another dentist within a weeks time and he is the best I've ever met in my life and actually in the process now of getting a new bridge and they did my uppers And bottoms on the same day. I actually saw the difference between an experienced dentist and one that had no confidence whatsoever. read more

Phyllis at the front reception, Avni the hygienist, and Dr. Tina Minh Garza were exceptional taking care of me and my teeth today. Avni was meticulous but gentle doing the x-ray, cleaning, and polishing. Even though they don't take DHMO, where many of the in-network dentists had juiced me into deep cleaning and other expensive charges that I did not need, I was thoroughly examined and needed none of those charges as a new patient paying a fixed price of $79. Phyllis is gracious enough to honor this price if I return every 6 months for routine regular cleaning. Hopefully, my dental insurance can be PPO next year. Guess what? When you lay down on the chair, the movie screen is just right on the ceiling for your entertainment! read more

My family and I have been going to this practice for 3 years and have been satisfied with the care. Recently, I have started having severe dry mouth. I have been tested by a rheumatologist and have some abnormal labs. I wanted to have the dentist review my medications and assess how bad the dry mouth is. My optometrist feels that I could have Sjorgrens Syndrome because I also have dry eyes. I called to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone told me that the dentist would tell me to use Biotene. I told her I knew what to do for dry mouth and I wanted to discuss etiology with the dentist. She said, " you can have an appointment, but she's just going to tell you to use biotene." I couldn't get an appointment for over a month away. I told her never mind. A couple weeks later, I called the office to file a complaint and spoke with the office manager. She listened to my complaint and said she would tell the dentist. She DID NOT offer me an appointment. I have heard nothing from the dentist's office. So, I guess these guys are ok if you just have basic stuff, but if it involves anything more than that, these folks will do absolutely nothing for you. They have lost my business. read more

Everyone knows it takes awhile to get into the dentist. I called this office and gave my insurance information over the phone and asked the lady to make sure my insurance was accepted. Two weeks later I've been dealing with my tooth pain to walk in and find out they don't accept my plan!!! If the lady had done her job over the phone I wouldn't be dealing with this! I hate the dentist, like really hate the dentist. I developed a crazy tooth pain over the weekend and it got bad enough that I couldn't sleep last night. I tried calling several emergency dentists, but none of them answer. I called Northpointe at 701am (they opened at 7) and they told me to come on down. Keep in mind I'm a new patient, so I had to do all the paperwork and stuff, but they had me back by 8 and got me squared away. Absolutely will make this our new permanent dentist. read more

Top marks from start to finish. The lady at the front desk is super sweet and helpful, the techs are knowledgeable, and both doctors are personable. I was seen by Dr. John who did an excellent job of explaining what he's doing and why he's doing it. He took the time to answer all my questions and took extra pictures to help me understand where my teeth are showing damage from grinding. I really appreciated that he asked me to check if there were anymore "crunchies" at the end of the cleaning, else we would do another rinse. They are very accommodating, offering to play music or play something on Netflix on the TV mounted to the ceiling. If you're the anxious type, they offer laughing gas (if you request it during scheduling), ear plugs, can turn up the TV, or they just won't use that tool! I've never had a more pleasant trip to the dentist! read more

Northpointe Family Dentistry is fantastic! had 2 crowns replaced and they were able to get me in for an appointment quickly. Once there, everyone in the office was very personable. I usually have anxiety when it comes to dental work, but not this time - they were very accommodating, explained everything and I felt comfortable the whole time. And their prices were very reasonable. I recently brought my children in for their check ups and cleanings and I they were fantastic with my children too.
