I only ended up going to this place because it is open on Saturday's, and that is because me and my boyfriend were only able to take it then. Another problem I have encountered here is that when they did call to say the ring was done, it was a voicemail recording and it was not an actual phone conversation. This was very weird to me, and unprofessional. When I tried calling before, they never answered, and I tried calling about 4 different times. I just thought this was kind of cool until I looked at the price tag on one of the rings. They let my 2 year old try on a $325 ring?! Who does that?! So, I called to confirm he was purchasing gold today. He told me he buys at 95% of spot price on gold bullion and he was willing to buy what I was wanting to sell. I was satisfied with that number and sold my gold for a tidy profit over what I bought it for years ago.
