While I didn't have the opportunity to actually book I did attempt. I called several times and they didn't answer. I eventually received a text message to which I replied with hopes to get information on hosting a birthday party here. I did receive the information HOWEVER, I followed up with "great how can I make a deposit? Can I swing by to view the space?" Never received a reply. I figured it's a business they are likely busty. So I made it a point to visit to hopefully secure a spot for the birthday party. I was advised to visit after 8pm as someone to help would likely be there at that time. In addition I was told to try calling the number I had already tried connecting with. My issue isn't so much not being able to host an event here as much as it's the lack of communication. I waited a few days as I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt...which then lead me to lose potential other locations for the event. Just not great business. read more

Had my son's eighth birthday party here this weekend. I've got to say at first I was a little skeptical because of the lack of detail when booking the party. However I went in and spoke to the owner who reassured me that everything would be fine that they have. I ended up getting everything in email and that eased my mind. The day of the party was absolutely perfect my family and I were allowed to go in 30 minutes prior to the party to set up. Once our guest arrived everything was done and ready to have a great game of basketball. Most importantly my son had an amazing time and his friends enjoyed their time at his party. Great place to play... if you're able to actually book a time. Beware of the occasional "overbooking" which happened to us recently--and has happened to friends in the past. ** This was in no way meant to be disrespectful and my apologies if it came across that way, but I'm not one of the organizer you spoke with, just another parent whose time felt completely wasted with the mixup. Another parent in our group experienced the same issue in the past so it did not feel like a rare event. I have revoked the last comment because i admit it isn't fair to accuse with actual proof. But the purpose of this arena is to express all experiences--good and bad. And the double booking was not a pleasant one. To be clear, we have attended parties in the past and the facility and staff were great. But if this will help your team be on notice about mixups in the future, then it will have served its purpose. I regret if you feel the need to punish the organizers by revoking an offer as I don't speak for them. But I also hope you understand the frustrations of customers who are on the losing end of a booking mixup. read more

No air conditioning?? Been here a few times for kids birthday parties. The building is a bit difficult to find because it's tucked away in a business park. The venue itself is pretty good with minimal, if any, amenities. My biggest gripe is the lack of air conditioning. This facility is located in the heart of the valley where it gets in the triple digit temperatures. How can they not have A/C? I can understand the kids running around and getting sweaty, but what about the parents who have to endure the 100+ degree weather inside. As a comprise, they put fans around, but that just blows hot air around. read more

Had a great time here playing indoor soccer with our club soccer team of 10 boys. We rented it for two hours and the kids loved it. There is space for the parents to sit and watch behind a huge net and for everyone to have snacks afterwards. You need to bring your own food and drinks. We are looking forward to going back for a birthday party in a couple of months. read more

Northridge Futsal is a great location to play some ball and burn some calories. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally, they will even rent you shoes if you do not have shoes that are appropriate for the playing surface. Further, this is not a place that just lets players go crazy during the pick up games. There is a referee there officiating the game and keeping score. I have had all positive experiences with the pick up games at Northridge Futsal. I highly recommend this business to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Wow amazing place to come play, hang out, and meet soccer lovers. They have party packages at a good price. Love the experience and vibe. Great customer service from all their employees especially from Anthony(manager) and from Diego as well. They know how to speak to you and explain everything you need to know. I needed to rent an indoor basketball court for two hours per day. Anthony helped set up the times and dates for play, and the owner was there each time to unlock the facility and to make sure myself and my two players had everything we needed for an enjoyable experience. He offered to turn on the AC for us, we were allowed to use the basketballs they had in storage -- he was very accommodating and professional. My experience at Futsal today didn't go so well! My son's birthday party was supposed to be from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and we were told we can start setting up at 10:30 a.m. Sadly to say everyone showed up (instructor for party, cake, balloons, etc.) except Anthony to open up the place and let us in!!! Called him numerous times as my guests started arriving and no answer. Finally, one of my friends called instead and he picked up and gave us a story that the party was at 2:00 p.m. I have all the text messages confirming the date and time and I had even confirmed with him the day before!!!! If it was any other family they would have given Anthony and the whole establishment a really hard time and asked for some kind of discount and made aHUGE fuss but my husband and I are honorable people! We paid them in full and enjoyed the rest of our Sunday. They did give us extra time at no charge but we were extremely late starting the party.
