Wow!! This facility is top notch. Very clean and organized. I had my son drop in during summer camp for half a day. A took him a little while to warm up but the coaches did a great job of making him feel welcome. At pick up, the coaches communicated very well with us regarding what our son worked on and what he needed some more work on. My son is excited to go back and tells us he has lots of fun. I called to inquire on the soccer classes for my 7 year old son only to be be talked down to by a very rude man!! He was explaining the program in a very confusing way. When I was clarifying the price he lost his temper and told me it was self explanatory and to figure it out myself and he hung up on me. Very rude with a temper. I definitely don't want my son in that kind of environment!!! Go somewhere where you are appreciated and treated with respect!! In regards to the response from the owner whom I was speaking with, I truly don't appreciate the defamation of my character which is illegal. We celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday this past week at Juke, and it was hands down the best party she's ever had. Every single kid had an amazing time---so mich so that several are already saying they want to have their own parties there! The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Coach Tony and coach Ben were both great to work with, and Coach Ben did an outstanding job keeping the kids engaged, coaching them, and running the games. The highlight of the party was definitely the kids vs. parents' game that Coach en suggested----it was such a fun and memorable moment, and everyone had a blast. I really wanted to love Juke, especially after speaking directly with the owner -- he talks to you like a friend, is very personable, and you feel like you're in good hands. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for us, and I feel people should know to be cautious when booking. I reached out inquiring about two possible dates for my son's birthday. The owner requested a deposit immediately and texted me a confirmation -- but it had the wrong date. I replied right away to correct it, only to be told he "doesn't use the phone for communication," even though that's how he sent the confirmation in the first place. I even called back within minutes (Zelle has daily limits so I could only send part of the deposit at first), and he assured me verbally not to worry and that no new confirmation was needed once the remainder was paid. I paid the rest 1.5 months before the event, called two weeks prior to check in, and he again confirmed that "if you paid, you're booked." A week before, I called to adjust the time. Still confirmed. Day of the party, I texted asking if we could bring TVs to watch the World Series -- he calls back and says he has no idea what I'm talking about and claims my booking was for a totally different day and time. Kids, families, and food were already lined up to celebrate. Complete scramble. No accountability. No offer to fix it. Instead we were told we wouldn't be getting our money back. We ended up relocating the entire party last minute to another venue. I'm not writing this to be spiteful -- things happen -- but the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. If you book here, get everything in writing, double confirm dates, and don't rely on verbal assurances. The inconsistency, lack of responsibility, and unwillingness to acknowledge the mistake is what made this experience so disappointing. Oh and guess what? I fought hard to not be deeply disappointed in Tony/JUKE Soccer - but you need to see this. I bought my son a 4-pack on private sessions in November 2022 as a Christmas gift. I paid $360 for 4 sessions. It was odd though, as Tony only offered Venmo as an option. Keep in mind this is an entire facility. Our first session setup was fine. He changed the time by one hour last minute, but still, all was good. My son is a goalie, and while he's super busy with the All-Star Team and regular season most of the time, he wasn't getting any specific coaching for his position. Enter JUKE Soccer. The session was done with Coach Anthony, and he was great! Afterwards, both Tony and the coach approached me with, "How was it? Did you like it?" Which I thought was an odd question for me, considering I'm not the one playing. I took it as a positive though and said it was great and that I'd be in touch. I tried setting up for the next week. I texted Tony for a Tuesday, the same day as last time but he couldn't accommodate and said he could do Friday. Friday was out for me, and then my son got busy with the All-Star team 3 weeks or so. Side note: Tony's direct number is the only number listed on all the sites or anything found online. Cut to last Wednesday, Tony nicely reminds me that I still have 3 sessions available. I took that as a good sign and quickly responded with our availability. And then...crickets...silence...Tony became a ghost. I texted, called and left a message, and even did the chat thing on his website. Now it's more than a week later, the next Friday, and no response. Perhaps it's unclear, but this is a full-on business with a facility. They hold regular clinics and group session times. Therefore, I thought my money and my child were safe here. I was wrong. If you're looking to give your son or daughter 1-on-1 coaching, look elsewhere. read more

Bad communication and classes don't follow the original schedule. Our cohort didn't even have the 8 classes we paid for. One week they didn't have enough coaches so they combined classes and just made the kids to running drills most of the night. They only touched soccer balls the last few minutes of class. read more

STOP!! READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING A BIRTHDAY!! Yesterday, 2/22/25, i booked a birthday party for my 6 year old at Juke. We showed up to begin setting up and what do you know, another family was there setting up for a bday! I Immediately called the owner and he scrambled to figure out how he double booked our birthdays. So there I am standing there with my food, drinks, people are arriving already, and they tell me I can use the "game room" upstairs. Which is basically a dirty office with a few tvs to play video games, no tables or anything else. It was either that or go home, so... we took it. The other family refused to share the field with us which was disgusting. The owner didn't want to have to refund their money as well, so he let them have everything while my son watched from the attic upstairs. Real nice! For almost 2 hours we kept 10, 6 year olds in a small room with no windows until they setup a mock soccer field on the asphalt outside. We did that for about 30 min, then it was over. The owner never showed up, he just hid behind the phone and had his poor minions handle his dirty work. He did refund me out of necessity, but honestly tell that to my upset 6 year old who was looking forward to this for months. The owner is a money hungry vulture so beware. Disappointed in the potential that Juke had, and would want other parents to know what we didn't. The facility is gorgeous, and very attractive for aspiring players, which is how it initially caught our eye. We purchased at least four packages of eight- "beginner" sessions with Juke over this year so I feel pretty confident in this review. The first few sessions were pretty good, especially led by Coach Tony. Soon after, a few young coaches took over and the practices evolved from fast paced tactical drills to an hour of passing. I sat and watched a practice where they played the same passing game over and over again. This happened several times over. The price for 8 beginner sessions is $250. We simply can't justify the lack of progress and development when classes are over $30/hr. Further, my son plays rec and now club, but he was never moved to an intermediate class at Juke for his age group. He and a few others were lumped in with kiddos who just started learning the game. It was baffling to watch, and neither beneficial to the new learners nor the seasoned kiddos. Much of the time, the air conditioner was also not working, which was odd considering the facility had a lot of bells and whistles. I wish this place good luck and maybe they can find their groove, but if you have a kid that loves the game, don't be tricked by the optics :) read more

We've booked the filed at Juke multiple times on Sundays. We've always paid in advance and showed up on time. Unfortunately, the owner of the facility decided to secure another group for more money and he called to inform us that he had allegedly double booked the field!!! (one night before our game). I find this an utterly unacceptable practice from any business owner; especially that we are repeated patrons. Not to mention that we have overlooked the bad business practices by the owner on multiple occasions when he showed up late to open the facility, delayed our game(s) to clean, and even ended our game early to prepare the facility for a birthday party! All these were red flags that we ignored, but the double booking GIMMICK did it for our group. We will not be going to this establishment ever again! read more

The owner of this facility is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We reserved a spot at his place and paid in advance. The night before he text us saying that he forgot he scheduled another party and asked if we could change our timing from 10-11:30 to 11-12. The whole party arrives at 10:45 to standby and he lets us in at 11. Due to the previous party that was there before he had to clean up the field so he took seven minutes of our time to clean up the field. At 11:58 he screams out saying time is up and everyone needs to leave the field. I told him we still have time because you took seven minutes to clean up the field. He said if you want to argue, then you can just get out and never come back. He has done this twice with us already. And one time he showed up 15 minutes late. What kind of business owner talks to his customers like that. Mind you we were there every single Sunday and he was charging us $240 for an hour and a half. This place was amazing for the kids and the adults! If your child likes soccer or other sports, this indoor facility is the cleanest and spacious one I've ever been to. Everyone was complimenting me but and all I did was find it! Tony is the person to really compliment. He was simply awesome - quick to answer and is clear on all of his communication. If there are smaller children or those who don't like sports, you're also in luck because there are jumpers you can rent out and all of this fits on the field, that's how big this place is! Our party of kids played for 3 hours straight! I had to physically pull them out for cake time. Price is good compared to other playgrounds and is worth every penny! Training was good. My son enjoyed and loved the activity we did the once a week every saturday sessions. It was 1hr and 30 minutes long. They do a 30 minute warm up (running, jumping on a mini obstracle course) sorry don't have a photo. then they go on a kick warm up with a soccer ball. Tony was great with the kids.
