[Party review only] Found them online & booked a birthday party without going onsite first. Luckily the kids had great time & loved having a field to themselves for 3 hours. The ladies were responsive, polite & the one onsite helped me setup decorations. Thankfully our party small (15 people) so we didn't have a lot but they only have a mini fridge & a small freezer/fridge that we stuffed all food, drinks & cake into (we brought a tiny cooler last minute). The patio area is big but the huge fridge outside doesn't work, the furniture looks worn (the metal tables were fine). I just suggest going onsite so you have a better idea of what's available so you can plan for it. read more

If I could leave this establishment zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service and and no follow through. I planned my sons birthday party, made an appointment with a lady named Libia to make all the arrangements and leave my depand she never showed. There was a nice young named Franky who tried to help me out but he said that he was not able to help me with the party as only Livia can. Stay away!! Update12/21/19- I now received a threatening message directly from one of this establishments employees. Update 12/26/19- It's apparent that the owner saw his manager's previous response to my update, as she has now changed her tune. I have a screen shot of your response to my review 3 days ago prior to you changing it tonight. Along with the threatening private message you sent from your personal account. This behavior further proves valley soccer center's lack of professionalism and subpar management and service. Learn from your mistakes and move on. read more

Everything that a Soccer player would need is here , except for a full-sized field The management is absolutely lovely , they cater to every request and host tons of families and businesses for both sports and entertainment Really good prices and the owner touches up the fields every couple of months so you wont lose any skin falling on the turf They're open really late and actually answer their phone %90 of the time Really glad for them in my life read more

This place is great if you want to have a birthday party here!!!! You can bring in your own food drinks, they have a bbq grill, heaters, covered patio,refrigeration, freezer, indoor restrooms, patio furniture, and tables with benches!!! I was easily able to book my party have a lot of guest with there children eat and sit comfortably. Thank you George for making my sons 10th birthday party so memorable! read more

Iv been here several times and every time we are here practicing at 8 am the facilities bathrooms were locked. If a business knows they have people at their facility they should ensure that the restrooms are available not locked. Thank you for your lack of care for your customers specifically the children who now have to go somewhere else to use the restroom, resulting in time lost of practice and game time. read more

I want to thank libia and the rest of the crew ,we play on Mondays and Wednesdays,the service is amazing their equipment is new , the grass is well maintain ,and the price they give us is great . We are a group of 25 people and I can say all of us are very happy with all what the field have to offer . They even have soccer shoes . At first , tried to get a hold of from 10 am , meaning I called them, visited their website, then eventually searched for their business on yelp. Didn't hear back from them for at least an hour and a half, and it was a text message from someone who I had no clue was. Would not recommend anyone to come just based off the fact that I don't think this is a legitimate business considering their lack of urgency when it comes to reaching new customers. read more

We have been playing in this field for almost 1 year now; and their service goes down every week. This last week; they double booked us; some of us drove at least 1 hour to play however as they double booked we couldnt play. They like to put the blame on the customer; coming up with excuses like; we forgot to call, or they didnt have our payment info etc; and at the end; they admitted that they rented the field to another team knowing we are coming too; and they admitted they lied to us because they didnt know what to do. Worst customer service ever; hope they go out of business. read more

Where to begin-over the years my sons club team has periodically had practices here but where I personally feel they SHINE is how they go out of their way to satisfy the customer. This past Tuesday 12/31/19 Libia accommodated our wants by opening the center for my sons 15th bday. We had 14 boys (15&16 yrs) enjoying the soccer on turf but I SURPRISED them all with HAMSTER BALLS!! It was absolutely HILARIOUS to watch these big kids laughing & having such a GREAT TIME! We booked for 3 hours & served the kids & parents a meal my husband bbq'd in the lounge area (with heat lamps) provided at court 1! Valley Soccer Center is the Best! Normally I wont take the time to praise a buisness but everyone NEEDS to know how awesome this soccer center is.. It is so rare to have a Manager be so hands on and really Libia is a gem! makes me feel like she cares she accomodates my schedule even if it means she has to come in early or close up late. the place is kept very clean and tidy and the staff are genuinely nice helpful and this place is one of the few local small buisnesses that is truly a San Fernando Valley place run by locals like myself who grew up right here and that is what makes this place a landmark ! oh yeah its has the best outdoor playing fields around!! read more

We have beed comming here every week for 2 year now. Renting this field 1, 1 1/2 and 2 hours. They charged us $125 for one hour. $185 for one and a half hour and $200 for two hours. Today on 8/7/2018 we came here this guy who calls himself George ( the guy with the tattoo)didn't want to give us our first 5 minuets. After going to the office and talking to the owner he fixed the time. In the end he charges us $150 instead of $125 and we accepted to pay $150. In the end this rude guy Accused us with not paying. The other lady who works there is very nice and always helps us out. Definitely not this guy. Very rude guy. Very bad customer service. Mr. Owner think about thus guy. read more

I just moved to the area, found this incredible facility with three fields. Played there the other night. The turf is incredible, the staff is amazing. Superclean, nice bathrooms. I recently have come here to watch my coworkers in their soccer matches. It's becoming my fav spots since the pandemic started . The centers own workers are nice and accommodating. I wish customers would bring back the soccer balls instead of leaving them far away or in the parking lot because just because "it's their job" it's common courtesy esp. since they're making sure the place is functioning of high quality amid a pandemic read more

Great place to play some futbol had a work event here and all was good. I am glad that I checked the night before Easter to confirm because they were actually closed. They opened just for us and let us play for a fair price. I will book this place in the future. Came to pick up games as we were told happens on Tuesdays by the staff, they said no its a rented field but we waited to see if they had space, there was 3 of us they had space for 2 we said ok we'll sub out for each other, we said we would pay for 2 since we would have one person sit for most of this, fat guy I don't know if he works there or not said oh no you have to pay all 3 of you we tried to talk to him nicely and he said fine you don't play in a disrespectful way. If he does work there I cannot believe that you guys let staff talk to costumers however you like and also update your stuff, you got a sign that says pick up games Mondays (not true), really disappointing every time there's pick up games read more

I came here for a 9 AM pickup game and got there at 8:45 waiting for it to open. No one showed up to open the place and about 15 people waiting to play accumulated. We waited until about 930 and then called the establishment. We were answered with the manager saying her worker came to open and saw no players so he went home and never opened. Then they told us that they couldn't send anyone to open the place and we couldn't play that day. It was extremely unprofessional of them to just not open when they were supposed to and this place is a waste of time. read more

Always wanted to come here to play pick up games. The fields are great. Turf. But none the less great. It's a very clean compound that you can tell people like coming too since everyone picks up after themselves. The staff is very friendly and have rental shoes for those who don't have the proper footwear. They have leagues of men and co Ed and there is always plenty of teams. Was looking for anywhere to play at in the west valley area with a field and a post so I stumbled upon this place. At first , COULD NOT get a hold of anyone in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY. For hours , I called with no answer.
