I ordered the Coal Mine sandwich (club-style) with chips and a pop for $11, which is a great deal. I got mine toasted and everything was super fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes had that perfect crunch, and the bacon was crispy and crumbled, which made every bite balanced instead of getting hit with one giant chunk. Loved that detail. My partner had the Italian sub, and it was just as good. The space is clean, well laid out, and doesn't feel cramped despite the huge selection. Staff were very friendly and asked if I needed help finding anything. There's also a small seating area (a few tables for 2-4 people) if you want to eat there. It's in a busy, easy-to-find corner with plenty of parking, and even in the short time I waited, there was a steady stream of customers. Not surprising for a place that just opened about a month ago.
