After questionable billing practices previously, I decided to give them another chance, because I…read morehad no other problems. Not so any more. After my Harrier had been out of heat for going on three weeks, she was still passing blood. I KNEW it was time to have her fixed - now! She also had a fatty tumor in her arm pit I wanted removed. I made an appointment, & had her there at 9:00 am, when they opened, & was the first person. I was told I could most likely pick her up @ 2:00, & call to confirm. When I called at two, Dr. Horn came on the phone, & proceeded to tell me all the reasons she had not gotten to her yet. "I knew it was going to take a long time, so I put it off, & I've been trying to get back there, & get to her." Right then I should have went with my first instinct, & told her I would be right there to get her, & don't touch her. But instead I told her I would be there @ 4:00. After 4:00 she comes out of the back, & proceeds to tell me she did not remove the fatty tumor, & all the reasons why. Among those reasons is "she is twice the weight she should be, & needs to loose weight first." I had never looked up what a Harrier weight should be, so I just did. Minum weight 45 pounds, maximum weight 60 pounds. When she was weighed this morning, she was 60 pounds. So after a litany of excuses for why my baby sat in a cage all day, with no food or water, & then did not get the fatty tumor removed, I was charged $150.00. $30.00 of that being for an obese charge, & being in estrus charge. She was out of heat for almost three weeks, & was @ weight for her breed. Now my previous questions of this establishment being money hungry have been answered, & added on to it is neglect, & bad care.

My wife and I brought our doodle Milo in today and couldn't have asked for a better experience…read more From the front desk to the vet tech to the doctor, everyone was kind, caring, and incredibly attentive to both us and our fur baby. Truly stellar service -- if you ever have an emergency, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!

All good I understand and would've waited forever for my baby. Then a nurse came out pet the foster dog who had a cut on her lip and didn't touch my dog who had a puncture wound near her neck. Instead I offered her a picture when I realized she wasn't even going to check my dog at all. She said it didn't look that serious and we can either wait 5-6 hours or go to Bentonville animal urgent care. We got in the car and began driving. On the way the org my foster was through called me and said they couldn't cover the price of urgent care. Once again I understand but my dog has still not even been actually looked at and no one seems to want to help me. At this point I just need to know if she's going to be okay. I asked the org if there was anything else to do. They said they'd get back to me. Then when we stopped so I could reach out to some of my personal connections I received a text from the org. "Springdale emergency clinic said they evaluated your dog and "the cut" was not very deep so they think she will be okay." EVALUATED???? WHEN? I was with my baby the entire time there was no "evaluation" she didn't even see the "cut" other than a blurry picture I had to offer her. Anyways my connection helps me clean her up as best she could so I can take her in to get STITCHES for her PUNCTURE WOUND tomorrow. This place is lazy. I understand they are exhausted and have other patients to see but sending a nurse out who doesn't even touch the dog. THATS ABSURD. They should've just let me wait to get back there I would've done that happily. This place is a joke. Needs more caring and loving staff.
