The appointment took FOREVER, and two hours later I left. I scheduled his appointment, reiterated the time over the phone THREE times to ensure there was no mistake, and got him scheduled. When my husband arrived for the appointment, he was told he was an HOUR LATE. Idk if their front desk has issues scheduling appointments, or what the breakdown in communication might be. I wrote the time down, added it to my phone, and texted my husband the time that I'd verified with the clinic three times. If you like extremely unnecessarily long waits, a front desk that can't seem to keep a proper schedule, and general disregard for your time in promptly helping your pets - go here. I won't be back.

Ive been happy with every visit, she takes all the time needed to figure out the hard stuff, even tho she is a one vet operation. Her staff support her and usually as busy as they are, always take the time needed for every sick or injured pet, not to mention the hurting owners. She is compassionate to a fault, giving up her personal time, on her feet all day, diagnosing in a professional manner even tho I can tell she sure gets tired with the workload, but maintains a good attitude, and my pets are always taken the best care of by the good staff at GVC.
