Due to my years of addiction my teeth in the back rotted and broke off at the gum line- and recently became infected. I have had dentist look at my teeth and brush me off as another one of those and not show me care, respect and humility ( because my teeth all too clearly tell a story of my past-well the back ones do I have always managed to maintain a pretty smile-By the grace of God- that's for sure) however they (dentist in the past) have always had a rude mannerism once they saw my back teeth and so naturally I became self conscience when it came time to have my teeth cleaned, and would avoid my annual check up- I get anxiety and would sometimes cry- ( suck it up buttercup I did this to myself) would be my motto to get through a visit with tears in my eyes. However we have found a wonderful dentist who shows compassion, takes his time to make sure you're comfortable and treats you like family-not a patient with a tattered past. So I finally agreed to have them pulled- in the past I would try to deal with infections with old school home remedies and avoid dentist. Dr Gully helped me get over my anxiety. I went in to have 1 removed, he saw the potential for the other 2 behind it to stay inflamed and offered to go ahead and take them out as well to avoid future infection. He didn't have to do that. I am so thankful today for people like him who not only deal with the problem at hand- the immediate Dilemma but also proceeded to avoid any future complications .

Once she finished all of her X-rays and 3d scans the doctor and hygienist came in. Both was ver nice and things went fast. My next 2 appointments was booked and I was given the cost for everything after insurance and discounts forge bill left for me to pay for as 1/4 of the total bill. Not bad at all. They are pretty booked up so my next appointment is in 5 weeks. I like that they have some late appointments at 4:30 or 5pm some nights.

Dr. Yorko would have NEVER provided this type of experience or service. I miss him wholeheartedly as I was a patient of his for over 20 years, with NO challenges or issues. People get second opinions all the time and if you feel that this is an issue, I feel that there must be an underlying reason or issue. When I initially scheduled my daughter's appointment I had a terrible experience and it took more time out of my day than I would liked. However, I still gave them another chance. I was put on hold at least 7 times, but I wanted to be as understanding as possible. My instincts kicked in, but I disregarded and that's where I made the mistake. Business is business and its nothing personal, I wish I could share a different experience. The receptionist must be his wife, significant other or family member because she was one sided as well and took offense. This is my opinion and I already had back options in place as my daughter was behind on dental care due to COVID and other factors. I wish I could give less than a 1 star.

I was a new patient today and they require a 90 min new patient appt where they really want to get to know you and your history and what your needs are. They take a crap ton of x rays and also pictures of each tooth, but they gave me a blanket and a tv and Amanda made me feel safe and cared about and talked about my dental anxiety with me for a long time. I felt like she wasn't just going through the motions but she actually cared. Very rare these days. The doctor was very nice. They were able to get me in later in the afternoon for a cleaning( someone canceled). It was really uncomfortable because my gums were very irritated and Ashley really helped me get through it.
