Improve care quality, Stop rushing, consider patients in-depth patient history especially when…read morepatient specifically mentions complex medical history. Stop assuming. I felt as though my entire treatment, I was going through a conveyer belt. Wasted my money on braces. I clearly stated in two seperate visits that the mouth guard was very uncomfortable on one side. Was told that I just had to get accustomed to it. Perhaps listen to your patient's, stop assuming and rushing to get as many patients seen on the same day. As for prospective patients, don't be fooled by the amount of staff present at the front desk. When you call this place , it is the most difficult place to get someone to answer the phone. Consider yourself lucky if you leave a message and get a response.

They marched me from room to room and and then to the front desk and handed me printed out the treatments and the schedule and what my portion of the bill will be and that was it. I went for my 1st treatment and was greeted with "you need to pay $500.00". I've been there twice and never had a conversation with anyone about my teeth dental health or anything else. All they said was, "we looked at your insurance and it will cover everything." I will have to call my insurance company and figure something else out bc, I'd would rather be toothless than to be treated like dirt.

They used these to try and…read moreupsell "smile" enhancements and to suggest I needed a crown/cavavity fillings with out a doctor even taking a look into my mouth. After declining the massive upcharge for a crown they sent me on my way without even doing a dental cleanign. This place clearly exists to upcharge and upsell unneccesary procedures. I would reccomend going to a dentist that cares about patient health rather than upsells.

DO NOT BUSINESS HERE-This is a business that does not see a human being walk into their office…read more What they see from start to finish is dollar signs. They literally fake caring by asking where you are from. I say this because the hygienist working with me asked me that question and then another within ear shot asked a different patient using the exact same wording. Their prices are horribly high even with insurance or one now needs to be in the 10% economically, rob a bank or be willing to go into substantial debt if you need work done. As a senior, life has taken a toll on my teeth so I need some work done. I will not be going here to have that work done and trust me when I say there are numerous reasons why. Bells started going off for me from early in my short relationship with this business and they kept going off. I stuck with them longer than I should have however, because they were one of a very few dental office that took my medicare dental insurance. So they know you will sign their paperwork because you don't really have much choice. Their paperwork is all about them by the way. Another sign was when they swooped in while I am still in the dental chair getting me to sign up for financing. I have my credit frozen so one of their creditors turned me down as they should but the 2nd offered financing at a really high rate of interest. They should have turned me down too with the freeze on my credit. Very suspect that they did not. There is SO much more I could say but that would make this review longer than most people will read so I will bottom line it here and say DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL VERY LIKELY REGRET IT LATER. They were so bad even though I need work I will hold off going to any dentist for as long as can because my experience here was so horrible. They give people a whole new reason to HATE going to the dentist. P.S. Check out Yelp.com for a more accurate star rating on the business. The ones here I doubt are by real customers.

Keep seeing & hearing the "We really do care" nonsense. Went to Dr. Spencer for a simple tooth…read morebuildup. Was told by Dr. Spencer before they would do the procedure I needed a $1500 deep cleaning. Ended up going elsewhere. Smiling faces sometimes don't tell the truth. I went to Dr. Adam Cohlmia to replace an ill-fitting crown placed by another dentist. I was very…read moreclear from the start that the crown's fit, color, size, and position were critical, as I'd been struggling with chewing, talking, persistent facial pain, headaches, and even feeling the old crown pressing against my lip. I trusted Dr. Cohlmia to address these issues, but unfortunately, the experience was both disappointing and deeply upsetting. Dr. Cohlmia removed the old crown, rebuilt my tooth, and placed a permanent crown. While the temporary crown offered some relief, the permanent crown caused immediate problems. My headaches and facial pain returned, the crown was visibly whiter than my natural teeth, and it protruded against my lip. On top of that, it "clanged" against my bottom teeth while chewing and caused me to bite my tongue, leading to significant discomfort. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for an adjustment, and while it helped briefly, the same issues returned within days. When I called for a second adjustment, I had to follow up multiple times before I was seen. During this appointment, Dr. Cohlmia's demeanor had changed drastically. He appeared visibly annoyed, and his tone was dismissive and gruff. He argued with me, repeatedly saying, "I don't know what you're complaining about; the crown looks great." I tried to explain that the issue wasn't about how it looked but how it felt, as I was still in pain, unable to eat normally, and relying on Tylenol to get through the day. Rather than addressing my concerns, Dr. Cohlmia became increasingly hostile. He raised his voice, called my concerns "ridiculous," and sarcastically suggested refunding me, saying, "How about I refund the crown because nothing is wrong with it?" At this point, I felt trapped, embarrassed, and overwhelmed. Dr. Cohlmia was standing over me, visibly angry, and his dismissive attitude left me in tears. The patient rooms lack privacy, so this entire exchange could be overheard by others. When I agreed to the refund just to end the confrontation, he stormed out of the room yelling, "So ridiculous!" My embarrassment only grew when the front desk staff asked me to open my mouth and show my crown to them in front of other patients. To make matters worse, the office couldn't issue the refund that day and refused to provide written confirmation, simply stating I'd receive a check by mail within 30 days. The entire ordeal was humiliating and unprofessional. Dr. Cohlmia's care fell far below any reasonable standard. From dismissing my pain to his unprofessional and aggressive behavior, he showed a lack of compassion, understanding, and basic respect. I trusted him to help me with a difficult situation, but I left feeling worse physically and emotionally. If he wasn't capable of handling this case, he should have said so upfront instead of responding with hostility when the crown required multiple adjustments. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone seeking competent or compassionate dental care.
