It was very difficult to understand this person because they had a very thick accent which was frustrating but the lack of accountability and not even a sorry we forgot to write the person's name on the card was even more frustrating. If you own a flower shop, it might be a good idea to write the person's name on the card, this seems like something that would happen often in a flower shop. Disappointing.

Because it was a wedding, I wanted some soft blues, you know a Hydrangea had to go in there and some pretty fillers to bring the arrangement to life. While I hardly lean towards loud flower colors in a bouquet and Nature Shop didn't have any soft antiquey blues, I bent a little this time and got a bluish-purpleish delphinium to blend in my soft hue bunch. These folks went over and beyond with the bouquet to brighten my day as well as gift the soon-to-be bride with something she didn't expect. And at $25, I couldn't beat that.
