Northside came and cleaned our windows on July 9, 2019. All I can say is HOLY COW, I couldn't believe how much of a difference they made. Our windows are positively sparkling! I was so happy that I high-fived the crew as they left. We have a two story foyer and living room, so there is no way I would have been able to do those myself, but quite frankly, even if I had, I would have neven gotten them as clean as Northside did. They crew was polite, effecient and great to work with. I know I'm supposed to say something critical to prove this is a real review, but honestly, there was just nothing to be critical about. I even liked that they gave me an estimate without me needing to be there (they just assess the windows from the outside and email an estimate.) Even my husband, who typically doesn't care about this stuff, noticed the windows right away when he came home from work and walked through the house saying how great they looked. Needed some help on the gutter cleaning for the high part of my roof. These guys were the first I called, and they called back immediately. They tried to look at my house on google, but could not see enough because of a lot of trees. They sent a guy over the same day for an estimate. They called back on a Friday, and gave me a very reasonable quote. I asked ho soon could they do it and they replied "How about Monday?" The came on Monday, and were actually earlier than they had promised. They did the house, just like they had quoted. Then, they started to do the gutters on the garage. I asked what they were doing, and they said it was in the quote. I was very happy to pay the price just for the house, but got the garage as a bonus! Clint and Cody were very careful, and cleaned up all the debris. It was a first rate job. I will hire them again when I need them, for sure. read more

First time hiring this company and I couldn't be more pleased. Getting an estimate, scheduling, and payment was quick, simple and online. Mike and Corey were masked, super polite, friendly and worked hard to clean my gutters and remove a blockage we had. They saw I needed a minor roof repair (and sent me a pic). Then they connected me with another local small biz, then called them ahead of my call to give them all the info needed for the repair. So when I called, the owner of the roof repair company, they just said, "Oh, hi Michelle. I just talked to Corey and got all the info. When would you like us to come take care of your roof?" Clean gutters, power wash house, and clean windows This project took 3days complete. Clean gutters crew arrived on time and they did an excellent job of cleaning gutters and removing leaves from the roof. They blew leaves away from the house. Next job power wash house. The crew arrived on time and to prevent leaves from blowing on house, they used leaf blowers to blow leaves away from house. They even moved some patio furniture away from house to prevent any damage to the furniture. "WOW!!, WOW!!, WOW!!, WEEE!!" I've used Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning each year for my gutter cleaning, but I have never used them for my window cleaning until November 2020. They have always done a great job on my gutters, and they have always been on time, answer any questions and concerns that I may have had. But WOW!!, when they finished cleaning my windows, one would have thought that they put in brand new windows in my home, because my windows were soooo clean. GREAT JOB GUYS!!. I looked for them to tip them for the great job that they had done, but they let too quick, I guess, to head to the next job. read more

First of all, we felt the Northside Window and Gutter Cleaning estimate was accurate and fair to what needed to be done. Gene, the owner came to our house and did an outstanding exterior power wash to our house. He was on time, respectful of the plants and made sure we were happy with the finished job. We also had Northside hand wash our windows inside and out. Let me just say, Gene stands by his company's work and the end result was excellent. We have used Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning several times in the past, and we have always been happy with their work. They are conscientious and professional, and they do a wonderful job. This time around we had them 'soft wash' our siding, and Scott educated us on the fact that since soft washing or power washing the outside of your house can leave the glass on your windows spotty, they would be cleaning the outside glass of the windows as well. We also had them clean our gutters. Everything looks great, and we will definitely be calling them next time we need another service done! read more

I have used Northside both for window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Different teams came but both were efficient, proficient and effective. They worked diligently and the products reflected their skills. The prices were better than elsewhere and they are insured. (I had a relative who fell off a roof with serious injury and little insurance so I didn't want someone walking on my roof without insurance. Surprisingly few tradesmen are insured I discovered. ) I have no complaints whatsoever from my experience with Northside and plan to use them again next season. read more

These guys were true to their great reviews on Yelp. Very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I contacted them on a Monday and they were out on Saturday. They were on time and very professional ! We had our gutters emptied and cleaned. They bagged up the leaves and cleaned up everything left behind. Couldn't tell they had been here! Northside did an outstanding job washing our windows. The windows look better than they have in 30 years of living here. They were very professional and on time. Nick was phenomenal as the on sight manager. He is a perfectionist and friendly A good crew all around. All of the sills were cleaned as well- we live in the woods and this isn't an easy job. We had a great experience with Northside Window and Gutter. We had them do a roof sweep to remove old debris from the roof and gutters, and power washer all of our hardscape surfaces. They were fairly priced, presented themselves very professionally, was prompt to respond to my calls and emails. In addition they showed up when they said they would, and did excellent work. A team of two cleaned our gutters and windows inside and out. They wore masks inside the house and were patient while we corralled our dogs. Fantastic experience! The crew called me to let me know they were running a little behind, something I greatly appreciated. They were cleaning my neighbors' windows, and I asked them if they do removal of satellite dishes. They were willing to come do that for their standard show up fee at a later date when they had the right equipment. They came while I was at work since it was an outdoor project, and I didn't even need to be there. They did great work, and the whole process was efficient! read more
