The first time we asked for 4 different scenarios (15 year, 30 year, etc) and the email we got only outlined one. The second time we asked for someone else, and he called back with follow up questions, then sent back an email. No grammar, no formatting (something that should be sent in a table is sent in a spaced out in a document that's impossible to read). I work at a IT finance consulting firm. When we send quotes to our clients, it's sent in a formatted excel doc or in a portal that they can access all the information. Our rates weren't as good as the friend who recommended us, which I understand is sometimes the circumstance, but the email's we've received have felt like no one is paying any attention. I want someone who's going to listen to our needs and hit the details right!

So we started the business with them. The closing was extremely fast. It took us only 23 days to close!! I was told that they lock the rate for 25 days, which is probably why the rate is lower as longer locking period would require a higher cost and you have to pay for it, either through closing fee or a higher interest rate. But this locking period is enough for re-fin since their process is very fast. They did say that if for some unfortunate reason the process does not close within 25 days due to their issue, they will extend it for a longer locking period. We did not go through that pain and was able to close with 25 days! Overall, it was a great experience for us. We highly recommend Poli Mortgage Group and will definitely be back again when doing another loan.

To be honest, I feel it is very difficult to find professionals in any industry that pride themselves on true customer service. There always seems to be too long a delay between emails or phone calls, or perhaps a missed appointment. This is most certainly not the case with Jason. He picked up the phone just about every single time we called, 7 days a week. The reality of this housing market is that such responsiveness is necessary and can be the difference between getting a house or losing one.
