Not only was my vehicle not properly repaired, but I had to return my car multiple times due to issues caused by their workmanship. The first time I received my vehicle back after their "repairs," there were loose torque issues causing a knocking sound whenever I reversed. I had to bring my vehicle back, and they confirmed the issue and tightened everything. After that, I noticed additional problems that were extremely concerning. There was missing paint on the right side of my bumper where it connects to the vehicle, even though my original accident damage was on the left side fender near the driver's side. They also used an aftermarket headlight that was not properly installed or aligned. The headlight does not sit flush with the bumper, there is a noticeable gap, and the bumper was not aligned correctly with the body of the vehicle. They also welded a piece of my fender back onto the vehicle, which appears to have caused additional damage rather than properly restoring it. I brought these concerns to their attention multiple times. They addressed the loose torque issue and repaired the missing paint, but when I contacted them again regarding the misaligned headlight, scuffs, improper fitment, remaining paint issues, and the large gaps between the panels, they stopped communicating with me completely. I waited weeks with no response. After involving corporate, I was told Caliber Collision would contact me that Monday, but they never did. Another two weeks passed without any communication or resolution. I was completely ignored. Caliber Collision advertises having a warranty on their repairs, but my experience has been the opposite. My insurance company paid nearly $8,000 for repairs, and now my vehicle has to go to another body shop for almost $6,000 more in repairs because of the poor quality of work performed here. I strongly recommend not bringing your vehicle to this location. Save yourself the frustration, time, and additional expenses. I will also be reporting this experience to the Better Business Bureau. On top of that, I am now having to pay an additional $450 for a rental vehicle because Caliber Collision is refusing to take responsibility for the fact that I will be without my vehicle for another two weeks while it is being repaired elsewhere. This additional inconvenience and expense could have been completely avoided if the repairs had been done correctly the first time After 3 weeks of being ghosted, they reached out once notified that vehicle was in a different body shop.

Well, not only were they very friendly to my son, even giving him a little toy car but they had us in and out in about 15 minutes. They finished the repairs on my car earlier than expected which saved me some money on the rental car. They have someone that can take you and drop you off at Enterprise to rent a car. They even have coffee and soda/pop free while you wait. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me go home to get my checkbook to pay my deductible, because they have a fee to process credit and debit cards. I was really impressed with the service we received and would return, if needed.

Let me see if I can walk you through the short version of the experience I had: Harry, the owner, was very patient with me and showed me, and told me, what needed to be done. (I hit a pole so hard I knocked the alignment of something out of whack.) I still don't know exactly how all this works (so I hope I write this up right), but he and his group fixed my fender, front suspension, cross member(?), and steering linkage.
