I have frequented this car wash for almost 30 years with majority of the reason being its convenient location but at this point that pretty much the only benefit left with this establishment. The reason for this review is based on 3 simple points.... Safety, Annoyance and Pricing. Safety.... ever since the implementation of the free vacuums a few years ago the exit area of this car wash has become an absolute free for all. More often than not as you're being slowly rolled out of the wash either a car will be carelessly backing out from a vacuum directly into your path the wash is sending you or someone will recklessly drive directly at you racing to pull into an empty vacuum spot. You should leave the car wash satisfied not with a sense of potential danger. Annoyance.... One of the best things they ever did here was implement the automated touchscreens for payment and the use of electronic payments. With that being said, recently every time I visit this location I have some attendant giving me a spiel about joining their unlimited wash program followed by them trying to explain the options on the screen and assist in pushing the buttons. To be honest.. I don't want to hear this every time and I am not some senior citizen who needs assistance, I really don't want to deal with anyone when I get my car washed. Pricing.... For some reason the price keeps going up and the service never improves here. $8 for a regular wash which you know is only going to clean your car 75% is a little much. The price seems to go up $2 every year or so, it will be $10 a wash before you know it. The problem is not the money but getting what you paid for.... sometimes they spray your car down thoroughly when entering sometimes not at all, visible dirt and gunk is almost guaranteed to still be there on your windshield when leaving and don't get me started on how poorly they towel dry the cars at the end (that has been their trademark for years). Still a good deal for a decent wash compared to other places. Vacuums are still free, and staff if pleasant. Monthly unlimited wash is now $19.95. Came here for "The works" for $11 as it should cover all i need after a trip to Vermont for snowboarding. My car was dusty white to the point my license plate was fully covered in white and my windows were stained in white that i really needed a car wash to keep my car in good condition and not let my paint and the undercarriage rust. All i needed was the undercarriage and tire shine, thats why "the works" was enough for me The process was quick and painless. Go to the station select the service you need just like driving to a Wendy's drive thru, pay, line up, put your car on neutral and the belt will drive through the car wash with the colorful lights and sprays and wipers that lasts about 3-4 min. At the end they blast air at the car to remove some of the water. Afterwards, you pull out to two car attendants who simply just wipe your windows and mirror to dry them off. Lasts about 30 sec-1min and they tell you they're done, Their service was mediocre, there were so many dirty spot (see picture) at the back of the car that i had to clean it by myself afterwards "the works" should come with tire shine and i didnt see it. My previous experience there are some people who come and tire shine. This didn't happen. I went to the two attendants to ask them about it and they gave me horrible attitude, quite disappointed!!! At this point i am not even sure if they did the undercarriage cleaning or not. There is no way to check it in detail... The way i see this, i think this place is more about car turnovers: the more cars it turn over the more $$$ they make. They care about quantity and not so much about quality. i am OK with that given that it was $11 for the service. I wouldn't expect much on this and you shouldn't. I paid the $18 for the ceramic wash and these were my observations/ experience from first time visit. So you basically drive up to a machine to select your car wash option much like driving up to a Wendy's drive through to order. I opted for the most expensive $18, but they have various options depending on what you want. Little ticket machine spit out a future car wash discount. No receipt for what you ordered unless you ask the guy right at the beginning of the war wash. Also if you don't have a receipt for what you ordered how do they even know, what to select for the car wash? Especially if there are multiple cars waiting (there are two terminals to order and two lanes that then converge into a single lane). Then you put your car on neutral and drive through the car wash with the colorful lights and sprays and wipers that lasts about 3-4 min. At the end they blast air at the car to remove some of the water. You pull out to two car attendants who simply just wipe your windows and mirror to dry them off. Lasts about 30 sec-1min and they tell you they're done and you get to pull into a self service vacuum station. Observations: Car came out shiny and clean. 4/5 for that so the wash was good whether it was the triple foam that did it I'll never know. There were spots that weren't well cleaned and granted I park in a garage undergoing construction so a bit of dust is generated which is sometimes further cemented by dripping water. White streaks of not sure what that the car wash didn't get. Wipes off easily with my finger so surprised the wipers in the car wash itself didn't get them. Also car is low to the ground- easily seen and not wiped off by the attendants. You have to purchase a towel from the vending machine to clean it off. Undercarriage: ? No clue. Car is a sports car and low to the ground so difficult to check how well this cleaning performed. Hi pressure rinse: ? Seemed like it worked Wheel cleaner: 3/5 tires still had dirt and dust in the wheels (pics attached) Ceramic coating: I guess it's on. Didn't think water and wax mixed. Not sure if there is a coating. Rainex: 5/5 it's definitely on. Rain slides off like nothing. But the windshield also has dried on stains that won't come off with the wiper fluid. Not sure what caused it but it's on there in streaks of dried water running. (Pics attached) Next time I'll try the cheapest option and see if there's a difference. Connivence: 5/5. They're open from 7am to 8pm. Lots of vacuums and looks like people can use them even if they don't get a car cash. read more

I drove to the car wash and had my car cleaned. I had was dissatisfied with how the car was washed. I then decided to contact the manager of the car wash. He was very apologetic, and said that he wants to have all of his customers satisfied with their car wash. He than generously gave me an 18 dollar gift card for a ceramic car wash. The workers were kind and the manager was very hospitable to us. I would definitely recommend this car wash. read more

This place was not the best car wash place. A machine cleans your car, I paid the $14 and I asked the gentleman there how am I sure that I got what I paid for and he said the machine just knows. Not convinced at all that my car was fully cleaned with the addition service I paid for. I was here this morning and everything was ok until when I had to vacuum my car by the exit. There weren't many cars getting a wash but the free vacuum area was very crowded. There were ppl coming in just to use the free vacuum. They didn't allow ppl to wait by the exit so I had to wait in the next building parking lot. Once someone left, I had to quickly claim the spot. It was pretty inconvenient because the vacuum area is actually pretty big. I also witnessed two other cars arguing. Offering free vacuum is fine but ppl who got bought a wash should be priortized when it gets busy, not open for everyone in my opinion. read more

This is your basic drive-thru car wash. There are guys that spray your car before you pull into the automated part, however this is a hit or miss. Drive through takes about 2 min and then there are 2 people that dry off your car with towels at the end. I have an SUV and it always seems to miss the middle of the trunk door, but for a $6 wash, I can overlook it. I really go for the vacuums (which happen to also be free). These are THE BEST vacuums ever. Not only do they have good suction, they are positioned such a way that you just pull up and there's a vacuum on either side with a long arm so it reaches from the front seat all the way to the trunk! Sept 30, 2021 I usually come here for the $6 wash, but came here for the $14 wash that included the tire shine. When we pulled out to vacuum the car the tires where not shined and wheels were still dirty. We went over to one of the guys working the car wash and demanded they shine and clean the wheels. One of the guys came over grumbling under his breath but, proceeded to shine the tires and clean the dirt off the wheels. We did give him an extra tip. (See below pics of dirty wheels). Also, one of the two guys who dried our car had a very nasty attitude, not friendly at all. I am sorry I gave him a two dollar tip. Honestly, this is the last time I will pay more than $6 dollars for a wash, and I will just dry the car myself and not waste money on giving them a tip. So, my advice to you, don't pay them more than $6 for a wash, you will be wasting your money because they will not be shine or clean your tires. read more

The drying job that they do always leaves water and within a few minutes of leaving youll have to dry it off again yourself or risk spots. They dont do a tire shine or vacuum inside for you. This place gives a decent wash for the price . They recently built kiosks instead of having the employees collect money. It always takes at least 5 minutes to pay. Also every time I go I see a couple customers leave since the can't get the kiosks to work. They should probably take these kiosks down since this car wash's selling point was to give you a decent car wash with a short wait. Now the wait is long since customers can't use the kiosks.
