After walking into the shop, we were promptly greeted and made to feel welcome. After a few temporary tweeks to the jacket, the tux looked 100% better. There was a $100 charge for temporary alterations and pressing, but if you have a position of honor at a gathering the right fitting suit is worth a million bucks. After talking to a few men(its family owned/operated) we learned that they do fast alterations and everyone is super stylish. The store attendant made a case of observing that I was returning 7 different items (6 purchased within the last week and 1 purchased over 90 days), and stated "You have too many returns, we no longer accept internet returns." Had I had only 1 item to return it probably wouldn't have been a problem. I was in the store on the phone with customer service when corporate denied any changes to their policy... so who is to believe and who is to blame? 1 star to corporate because they can't keep their branches in line, 1 star to this location because they're pissy the online store is "killing their business".
