I go in for a clean up, which turned into half of my beard being gone, while leaving a long goatee. I thought I'd let it grow out a bit, and it wasn't a super big deal. But when I get home and lived with the beard a little longer, I saw a full clippers width of hair missing on the underside of my neck and how uneven and thin everything looked. I ended up shaving it as it really didn't not look great. And that was months of growth I had worked on.

I was told by Anthony it would be "just a couple of minutes," but he ended up spending well over half an hour with that walk-in--while I waited without any further explanation or apology. I understand things can come up, but when you schedule time with a client, there should be a level of professionalism and respect for their time. That wasn't the case here.
