Changing to another dentist who is amazing, he had to remove my tooth because it was cracked below the gum line from Dr. Al. My husband who went to him at the same time also had to have a root canal and crown and our new dentist had to remove the same exact tooth that I had to remove. I have not had any further issues after going to the new dentist. Also, I have had many of friends who have had bad experiences with Dr. Al's work. From crowns on infected teeth, resulting in extractions to Dr. Al not even showing up for appointments. He is a much better guitar player than dentist.

I complained to the dentist (woman) and her response was " that is how I always do it". That was all it took to look for another dentist cause I have 4-5 crowns that need to be done.
