That said, I just had my second one performed by Dr. Bradford, and both procedures were smooth, with minimal discomfort and absolutely no pain. Okay, I'm embarrassed to say I've been to see Dr. Bradford three times, but I have to tell you he's the absolute best. He's friendly, highly skilled, and focused on making the experience as easy as possible for you. What always impresses me is how coordinated everything is. You spend an hour in the chair watching tools passing back and forth in front of your eyes and you have no idea what any of them are or what they're for and then boom you're done. His assistants are all well-versed in his process and help keep things moving quickly. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bradford to anyone who has the slightest worry about getting a root canal. You may lose feeling in half of your mouth, but you won't feel any pain throughout the procedure. Literally the worst thing that you'll experience is that the topical anesthetic doesn't taste great. If you can get past that, you're golden. I hope I never have to see him again, but I'll be happy if I do. read more

How do I begin! So I had a Disney World trip Planned in a few DAYS....when I realised I just couldn't take the pain anymore. I got referred to Northwest Endodontics. I was not hopeful they would be able to help in time but....when they herd I had a trip planned to Disney they got me in immediately. I was so happy they went out of thief way to accommodate my vacation plans. Now I was scared about a root canal. I had heard horror stories and I was terrified. Dr. Bradford is an outstanding endodontist and human! I had an abscessed tooth that needed a root canal, but I also had an allergy to chemical possibly in the root canal filler. Dr. Bradford went to great lengths and did much research to get me to an allergist to be tested ASAP. I was PETRIFIED to have this done, as I had had one done as a child and it was horrific. This procedure was odd, but not bad at all and the professionalism in this office from the office staff to the assistant to the doctors is amazing. I felt very cared for and they were super thorough in explaining everything. If you need this done- go to see Dr. Bradford. As much as anyone can enjoy an endodontist, I really enjoy them. I've had at least three root canals here over the years, some complex, and they have made me comfortable and fit me in and been so professional. I can't recommend them enough. Their services aren't cheap, but this is not an area in which I'm looking for the lowest bidder. The office space is also very pleasant and high tech. I was so impressed by Dr. Bradford and his staff that I had to write them a review. I had had a horrible sharp, shooting pain in tooth 11 (upper left canine) for a few weeks. My sensitivity to cold temperatures was unbearable. I was really nervous about having a root canal cause I was already in so much. I got to the office early so that they could give me an oral anesthesia. By the time it kicked in I was half asleep on their RECLINING COUCH with HEADREST in their waiting room. [[ how cool is that???]] Long story short, I slept through the whole procedure. Did not feel a thing. My husband picked me up afterwards, took me home and I slept through the night. He is highly efficient and yet thorough and methodical. The first appointment accomplishes alleviating pain and it's not even painful getting to that goal. after multiple referrals I found Dr Bradford via Yelp. in pain and super cranky I was thinking I needed a 'retreat' for a 25yo root canal. Here's what 5 star meant: Courtney answered the phone and though they leave at 3:00, she got me in same day at 3:30. Lacey sat with me the throughout and explained all that would happen while I was there. Dr Bradford took a scan and definitively said 'good news I know what it is, bad news endo won't fix it'. But Hold on, this is what's impressive... They immediately starting calling Perio/oral surgeon back offices to find me an appt before the weekend so I didn't suffer more. They were back at it again 7:30 am the next day until I got a call scheduling me in for emergency treatment. Nobody wants to have to go to the Endodontist. It typically means you've got painful dental problems and probably need a root canal. It's expensive and time consuming. However, Dr. Beasley here does her best to make you comfortable. She has a great chairside manner and clearly explains all of your options. She's understanding of the fact that most of her patients don't realy want to be there and has a very warm and easy manner to offset your anxiety. Also, the office is sparkly clean with some spa-like touches that add warmth and comfort. The rest of the staff is friendly and efficient, and they make good use of convenient technology when gathering your details. He took plenty of time with me, answered all of my questions and gave his professional opinion without pressuring me to do anything beyond my comfort level. Wow--can a root canal generate a 5-star review? With Dr. Bradford it sure can. I had two one-hour appointments on one of my upper right molars after a 3 year irritating legacy with a challenging filling with my primary dentist. Everything was done totally professionally with great care. I had minor soreness and THAT'S IT! I had one root canal when I was a child and it was a real ordeal. This was easier than either of the previous fillings ever had been. Of course, I was using the full-on sedation dentistry which required someone to drive me home and hang with me afterwards. Small price to pay for barely remembering the procedure. I still am shocked at how easy the whole thing was. I didn't shop around on price--it wasn't cheap ($1,500), but that's what my high deductible savings is for. Seriously, almost no soreness, no pain, and a pleasant experience. Simply stunned in a very good way. Next stop--crown. Back at the primary dentist and I'm pretty sure it won't go as well as Dr. Bradford/Northwest Endodontics. read more

Dr Blair was excellent; I would recommend him 110% for anything related to endodontics. He performed a root canal re-do, which was not fun. But he and his staff did an excellent job. I wish they were "in-network" with my dental plan. Even though they are not "in-network," they submit the paperwork to the insurance company in an expedient manner. I was shocked by the technology this office was using, it was totally state of the art, and they even have massaging chairs. That was really cool. Dr. Bradford was awesome. He was informative, extremely professional, and made sure I was more than comfortable through the procedure. I felt no pain at all. Another thing I have to note here, my dad was sent to Dr. Bradford as well, and rather than doing a costly procedure on my father, Dr. Bradford advised him to have his tooth extracted by another dentist. A root canal usually conjures up horrific sounds of a drill and pain. However, when you've had a toothache for months, a root canal is welcome treatment. Dr. Beasley & her staff made the experience so pleasant. All forms were emailed to me well in advance so I could complete them online before my procedure. No paperwork at the office either...everything was done on an iPad. She used the latest technology to make sure it was done correctly. She chatted with me while waiting for the anesthetic to start working. I wouldn't even have known if there were other patients in the office. Everyone made me feel like I was the only one. The front desk staff gave me suggestions on how to deal with my insurance company about my out of pocket expenses & even offered to call on my behalf if I have trouble. Last Wed I had an emergency root canal scheduled on a tooth that has been a problem for months. I have a true phobia of going to a DDS and going to an endodontist was terrifying. But this was a great experience! From Ayla at the front desk to Lacy and most especially Dr. Beasley I was met with understanding, professionalism and treated by a truly remarkable team. Dr. Beasley is a great and patient listener, and uses microscopic magnification to do exacting work. The sedation was exactly right for me and there was no pain. With the magnification she was able to detect a deep fracture that would make a root canal fail- so she removed diseased tissue and I was referred for an extraction. Can't believe I am saying it was all a great experience :-). She is brilliant and so compassionate! read more
