I needed one tooth pulled I was in pain. My X-rays were taken with my earrings on my second visit told me to take them off it would disrupt the image. So they did talked me through the procedure and also talked me into pulling a wisdom tooth which I've had for over 60 yrs and it didn't bother me but I was informed it would be better in the long run and since they were pulling the hurt tooth on the same side why not do both. I agreed. The doctor sounded like he cared. So when I came in for my follow up he said everything looked good but the tooth that is next to the wisdom tooth that was pulled is now soft and wiggles. UGH! The tooth I initially came in for was to be treated six months afterwards for full recovery of the bone implant. I. called to ask a question and was told the doctor that treated me no longer works there. I felt used. Right now I have a hole where there should be a tooth I have not had a call to see if everything is good. I will not be returning to this establishment. Make sure when treated that the doctor will be there when you return. And not just take your money and run. read more

I had a tooth extracted and the process for the dental implant was very poorly explained. The entire process has been much more time intensive than they led me to believe. More importantly, they keep saying I won't owe more but they continue to tack on fees. I have spent upwards of $5000 on the procedures--and my insurance is excellent. The office may have changed hands lately and it seems like either very poor communication or fraud. I would NEVER recommend this practice based on recent experiences but I keep thinking I am done--until they schedule more visits. read more

Still Giving Rose Dental a 5 star. All 4 of our family members have had cleanings this month. Once again the service Rose RR provided has been exceptional and caring. Today I arrived with a complicated implant and bridge issue which Dr Munis problem solved knowledgeably and professionally without judgement ( I broke my bridge biting a lifesaver Christmas morning...) Trevor and Anna our hygienists made sure that every step was as comfortable s it could be. Each member of my family of four, give them five stars. I rarely give a rating this low but today I am doing it. History: I have been going here for about 4 years. Dr. Raesz was the dentist I saw and she was great. Well, she retired and another dentist took over. My first appointment with the new dentist left me confused and frustrated. The hygienist had already started my cleaning when the dentist stopped by. I think she introduced herself? I am not sure as she came in, sat on my right side and mumbled something I could not hear. I could not see her based on where she sat, spent about 45 seconds and left. They hygienist finished and she was great. I gave it another shot 6 months later for a cleaning. Exact same results. I did get my teeth cleaned, the hygienist was great - no interaction with the dentist- again. I still don't know her name and had no introduction. After some research, I believe this dentist is a recent graduate. Age is not an issue if they know what they are doing, this one- in my opinion, does not have the necessary experience as she contradicted my previous, well experienced, dentist and seemed unsure what to do with a crown that had come off. (still don't have a replacement) I said at that point I would find a new dentist. Well, I went back for another cleaning because it was easier than finding another dentist. I received several emails and text messages confirming my appointment a week prior and up to the morning of. I completed a questionnaire about current health issues. No additional info, just your appointment time and date. I show up 15 minutes prior, was handed some paperwork and asked if I had a mask. I said no. I was handed a mask and asked if I had a problem wearing it. I said yes- no response. I sat down, filled out my form and as I handed it back was told I had to wear the mask. I asked if I was being refused service for not wearing a mask and was told "yes, my manager said you have to wear a mask." I said I would find a new dentist and left. Now, my issues started over a year ago with the actual dentist - since I was just going in for a cleaning, and the hygienists have always been great. I tried to overlook the actual dentist. Today they made my decision to not go back. No one asked me "WHY" I would not wear a mask, just "you have to wear one". I did not have to wear one 6 months ago and I completely understand why some people need to wear masks in a typical doctors office (where sick people go) and why a mask is requested. Sick people don't go to the dentist. I do not have any experience with any of the other dentists, but they have lost my business. read more

She is so professional and dedicated to her job. My Dentist retired and I was transferred to a new one a couple of years ago. The Dentist checked my x-rays today and my teeth. Needed a new dentist as mine retired. Very nice staff, but I was not happy with the services or recommendations. I got a second opinion and was told that I did NOT need a deep cleaning, although the dentist here said it was mandatory. Not only that, but they refused to clean my teeth since a deep clean was already recommended. The cost would be over $600. Save your time and money and go to StarLight dental. Family owned and run. Dental Surgeon is cool, people are nice. Don't miss an appt. I had some unavoidable childcare issues come up the day of an implant surgery so I had to cancel and it cost me $200. I will likely do my best to find another alternative now that I feel a bit taken advantage of. I understand the time slot being reserved and the missed revenue of a late reschedule, what I don't understand is how we reconcile what feels like highway robbery. I understand paying for the mistake, I simply can't find it in my heart to give more money to someone who has effectively charged me this much to take a long break. read more

Just completed a necessarily long front tooth dental implant process. Incredible service from beginning to end beginning with Dr. Azadeh Amin Eslami who with her assistant Ed & Julianna provided superior service and professionalism over many months and ending with Dr. Gonzales and two assistants over weeks, one being Shillan. Shillan was incredible with her attention to detail fitting the final tooth and had a sparkling personality throughout the process. Dr. Gonzales took great care to wrap up a perfect tooth installation and also is a great professional at his chosen specialty. I've never had any complaints over the years but after all the issues with my crown that was put in last year I do feel a bit irked. I had to have it replaced due to it developing decay under it. The people that put it in initially seemed inexperienced and not able to do a satisfactory job. The temp crown didn't fit correctly from the start. Then after I got the perm crown it fell out after a few weeks. They cemented it again but then I had to ask them to file a sharp edge that kept aggravating my tongue. Now just a week ago they told me they had to replace it yet again with a new one so I'm out another few hundred dollars. That didn't seem right to me. read more

I've been coming to rose dental over 15 to 20 years. The last 2 yrs I've been very unhappy with my experience. All the temporary crowns in clouding the permanent crowns have fallen out 5-30 minutes after leaving my appointments. I have taken off work two to three time to have the same crown cemented. Also had to come back several times to have my temporary retainer redone. After paying for my dental work procedures you want me to pay to have another crown redone that you did. I'm not a very happy customer right now. I'm a loyal paying customer along with my family for over 20 years. read more

Rose Dental in Round Rock has been amazing, and consistently so for the 19 years I have been a patient. The staff are very professional and easy-going, which promotes a calm and welcome environment. In addition to regular checkups, they managed my Invisalign braces and retainer over the course of 15 or so months, greatly improving my bite and appearance. Dr. Zimmer was unprepared and has little experience. They need to schedule with the same doctors previously seen. Was referred out for a baby root canal by a previous doctor after drilling out the cavity. Got the root canal done and Dr. Zimmer wouldn't see my daughter cause the previous work done before the root canal was too deap. The treatment coordinator called to say they couldn't take my daughter after they did work on a tooth before referring her out for a baby root canal and making plans to fill following the endodontist. She then called back to say Dr. Zimmer would see her. They had all the exrays on file to make a decision before having us come in, an hour later Dr. Zimmer didnt even look at the tooth and referred my daughter out. This could have been done before pulling my daughter out of school and missing work. Dont bring your children here. I am adding 2 stars back to this review cause management reached out. read more
