Dr is very complete on her examination and questions . I like her so far and when pharmacy had a question and I had to contact her she was very nice about returning pharmacists call on a Sunday! I was very thankful for that . Still was next day until I got the medication but that was pharmacists fault not her's she facilitated it. I'm recommending to people with bad pain or long term life long pain she is a very good doctor to see. She give very good quality care . I need birth control primarily for a serious hormonal condition. Every time I call, I get sent to the "triage desk" where I have to record a message and never get a call back. I have called over 10 times at both offices (e. Norriton/ Pottstown) and recorded multiple messages. I have been off my birth control for over a month because my doctor has not replied to multiply faxes requesting the approval for my refill from my pharmacy. Never asked me if I had any symptoms, never viewed the abnormal kidney results I've had for 2 months on other blood work despite me telling them about it, not interested in hearing my concerns and putting them to rest. How unprofessional and disrespectful (not to mention probably illegal to clear someone over the phone- I was told I have no issues). If something turns out to be wrong, I hope it's on their conscience. Anyway, don't waste your time going to this facility. It's clear they have no respect over how valuable my time is (I get 3 hours notice same business day of a non-emergency cancellation??) or how important my health is and understanding my health.
