The new owners have received only 5 star reviews. You won't find a cleaner with more experience and knowledge in the art of cleaning clothes than Chad. Lastly I know that he has purchased the latest in drycleaning machines and now offers an organic product that is extemely gentle on your garments and is odorless. Your clothes will last much longer with this system and you will find them softer and cleaner. So consider this a 5 star business. I think he should be able to get the old reviews deleted.

When I called Pinpoint on a day they were closed (and they still answered their phone) they told me to immediately bring in the dress and they will see what they can do. This was a week before the wedding. The girls spent over an hour with me trying to figure how they were going to repair what Marta destroyed. And you know what they did!
