The big washer may be spendy but it works well. Nice clean, well maintained, laundromat with good washing/drying machines.

I just had a new comforter ruined because the washing machine I used still had bleach residue present from the last customer that used the machine. I never go to laundromats, and the only reason I went was to use a machine large enough to fit a comforter in. After I got home to see the damage done, I went straight back to at least get a refund for the money I spent on washing and drying ($15). The guy working was nice enough, but upon calling the owner, he simply told his employee to say "tough luck". That pissed me off as you can imagine. $100+ comforter on top of spending $15 to see it ruined. I was told you're supposed to "sanitize" the machine you're going to use prior to using it yourself. I obviously didn't see the small language on the front of machine until after the fact when the guy working showed me. Sure, liability is on me, but this language should be right where you insert detergent, softner, and....bleach! And it should be on a bright red label as a warning, not some afterthought. I'm not an idiot, and I'm not careless. I'm sure it will happen to other people in the future too--so beware! Maybe regulars know better, but the signage was not visible enough to grab my attention. Otherwise I would have been extra cautious and ran the sanitize function. And to the owner--refund customers their money at the very least! How petty of you not to. This is a terrible way to run a business, and now I'll post this review to every site I can. Enjoy, just like I get to enjoy a ruined comforter. read more

I drive to this laundromat from Sisters. It's always clean, and the attendant is helpful and kind to everyone that comes in. Even when she's busy, she takes the time to help or answer questions. I appreciate being able to use fascard instead of tons of quarters, too! read more

Redmond location - Very clean and friendly staff. Jaylynne is wonderful. Our washer was broken and waiting for parts. The moment I entered, Jaylynne greeted me and guided me thru the process of the machines. The machines are constanly being wiped down, floors are constantly being moped, and I love the free santization feature I can run before placing my laundry in the machines. Although the cost per load is a bit high, the machines are really good! Thank you Jaylynne for excellent customer service and keeing it so clean and tidy there. read more

EXPENSIVE! Came in, mid morning weekday and almost all machines were being used yet no one in the place except 1 lady who was standing in front of her machine. We loaded 1 machine and then hers became available. The remaining machines were finished with their cycles and yet no one came in to change into dryers while we were there. About 40 minutes. Machine wouldn't take cards said it couldn't connect to satellite. Really? Then set to temp and when you put money in it switched to quick wash and would not change. Again really? Bathroom, no toilet paper, paper towels were unobtainable in dispenser and had to pay to get in. And the whole place could have used a good cleaning. As travelers to these tourist destinations we can't understand why as a business you can't provide a decent place to wash clothes. I guess any of the favorable reviews were by friends or family of the owner. Name is deceiving. read more

Went to the Express Eco Laundromat this past Wednesday, to wash up enough bedding that would justify using both of the large washers. I was greeted by the employee who works there. I mentioned that I needed to use both big washers because of how much I had. She flat out told me I wouldn't be able to. Asked her why, because there weren't many customers there. She said that's the way it is when she's working. Questioned it because none of the other employees restricted it. She continued (with authority) saying that's how it is when she's there. At this point, I felt she was starting to harrass me, so I mentioned to her about just walking away and to leave me alone so I can my laundry done. She continued talking (harassing me). I asked her for the manager's phone number and she refused to give it to me. She called the police out, and shd ended up saying she was trespassing me and I won't be able to my laundry there any more. I was just trying to get my laundry done as quickly as possible without taking up too many machines and I got punished for it. All the other employees that work there have been very friendly with all the guests they interacted with. I have been going to this Laundromat for over 10 years, and have never been treated so poorly. The officer agreed that the person working there was the instigator and he would get the managers number for me and give me the number after a few days to let things cool down but has yet to contact me with the number. read more

Due to a broken (new) dryer, we have been to the Redmond express Eco laundromat at least 6 times over the last few weeks. It had been a long time since we had used a laundromat but finding this store was a blessing. Clean, plenty of large washers and dryers, baskets and folding tables. The machines were easy to use and we were in and out in less than an hour and a half do do laundry for the 4 adults in our home. There were two separate attendants during our visits, both were professional, helpful and there for anything we needed. Most days we were lucky enough to have gotten to know a woman attendant there (J) She was extremely helpful, taught us the rules, and how to use the app that we can use to do our laundry more efficiently (when it's busy etc, paying etc. . J keeps the place clean as a whistle and greets everyone new when they come in to make sure they know what to do. . She was great to talk to as well making our laundry experience enjoyable as well as Quick. We will be back until our dryer is finally. fixed and also when we have larger items that are best done in the larger washer/dryers. Thanks for making an experience we dreaded a breeze. read more

The laundry mat itself is pretty good as laundry mats go. However, today I walked in and every single person in there was not only staying inside, they also had their sodas etc in the carts so no one else could use them!! It's not like they had clothes in the carts and were using them. WTF is wrong with people? A little common curtesy goes a really long way. read more

Very nice laundry mat. Worth it to download the app for payments (FasCard). The building and inside were clean. The washing machines have a complementary sanitize cycle. There are also many larger dryers, which is great if you need to wash blankets or comforters. It's also close to the Safeway if you need to get snacks or laundry supplies. read more

The front-loading machines are nice, efficient and almost comically overpriced just like the 3rd Street location in Bend. Unlike that location, the clientele in Redmond is almost universally unsavory and perhaps this is why the toilet - with a cracked seat and frequently empty paper towel dispenser - nonetheless requires a quarter to unlock the door. This location has no attendant on site. They do have wifi and some cool seats by the front window often occupied by screaming kids because laundry day in Redmond is a full family affair. read more

Great clean facility. Machines worked great, and the washers had a free 1 minute sanitation cycle to use before washing your clothes. Prices to wash were a little high, but the time in the dryers made up for it. $.50 dried all of our clothes. Only downside would be that the restroom cost $.25 to get into. Overall a great convenient place to do laundry. Sign up for the express program. read more
