I took in three pair of pants to have pockets sewn together…read more They sat at the alterations shop for over a month. I needed them for an overseas trip. I called and asked if they could be finished early (by a day) or if they would at least be finished on the day promised. The tailor told me none of the pants had been worked on yet and she was not positive the pants would be finished on the day promised. I then called the morning of the day promised and ended up leaving a message on their vm. No call was returned. I went in after I returned from my trip and picked up my pants, which still had not been touched. I guess I will be sewing the pockets myself and will find another tailor as well. This is NOT a reliable shop and the lady had no response other then "sorry" on as to why the pants were not worked on.
