The new owners have received only 5 star reviews. You won't find a cleaner with more experience and knowledge in the art of cleaning clothes than Chad. Lastly I know that he has purchased the latest in drycleaning machines and now offers an organic product that is extemely gentle on your garments and is odorless. Your clothes will last much longer with this system and you will find them softer and cleaner. So consider this a 5 star business. I think he should be able to get the old reviews deleted.

I was in bend visiting over new years and the shirt I wanted to wear for New Year's Eve got dirty in my luggage so I took it the day before and they already had it finished by the next morning. Usually I have to wait at least a week at other cleaners! I was also worried taking it to a random cleaners because it was a designer brand, but they were great in every way! I mean, mistakes happen, but apparently not at Mirror Pond Dry cleaners. This devolved into an actual shouting match and I left without my shirt. I really liked that shirt. I wore it twice. And I know with 100% certainty that I dropped it off. So either it is still there or they mistakenly gave it to someone else. The fact that she refused to even look for it or consider that a mistaken had been made was wild. Obviously I'll find a new dry cleaner, but holy moly. We've also had large blankets laundered. I think the prices are reasonable, they charge the same amount for everything, it's just billed by number of items. The shop itself could use a bit of a facelift, but other than that I'm a happy customer!
