We were in the process of closing on a home and loaded up the truck. Our new home was in Decatur so when the loan officer called to say the closing had been delayed, I was at a loss. We had no idea when we'd close plus the Penske truck was already loaded up. I called both the district office and the returning place for the truck which is Chevrolet Hall of Fame, and they understood it was out of my hands and worked with me until I was able to return it after a delayed closing. Brad at Chevy Hall of Fame truly went above and beyond. If we need to rent a truck for any reason, it'll be from here.

Communication prior to pickup and delivery was done through email and everything was set up in detail prior with Jeff. Maskes sent Tony and Jason who gave us a courtesy call en-route to pickup and showed up on time. They wrapped the leather sectional sofa to protect it from damage and were careful not to damage the sofa or the walls. They were very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!!
