Even though I only needed a few weeks, I still qualified for their 'first month free' special and as a new customer, Kim waived the admin fee, so I would have been able to store my home between moves for free, wonderful news in the middle of a stressful and hectic move. That they answered the phone on a Saturday and got me hooked up with a storage unit and all needed items for the following Monday was impressive. That I could get a hold of someone on the weekend was a plus for me. After the initial setup call, I got a follow up call from Andrew who explained the facility to me, what to expect and made sure I had everything I needed. A great customer service experience and a great resource from what I experienced. They will be my first call for future storage needs.

Clean , Staff professional and friendly. they cared about…read moretheir units and area being clean and safe. i never worried about my items . my stay was longer than we could have anticipated. they made a difficult time fairly easy by making me feel that my belongings would be ok when i ret urned and i was able to make rent payment online or on phone, they even sent reminders via email. While i hope i never have to use storage again , if i had to i would use them with not a second thought.i do recommend them to friends, and to anyone n that area.

The building had a beautiful window and Joe seemed really nice but he made me uncomfortable because when he was showing me around his facility he always had a grin on his face and went out of his way to stand close enough to me that i could smell him. I ended up renting a space here for two months. After I dropped off my boat and trailer I went back the next day to get some things I forgot and when I got there the gate was left open. I drove in and Joe was inside my boat going through the drawers and all my things were spread out all over the place. He told me that I "left a light on" and that he was "just trying to turn if off." I took my trailer and boat home with me and I ended up taking it to Chinook RV storage in Portland off Marine Drive. Very professional people here, no weird employees wandering around and it was cheaper. Feel alot better about this place!
