He not only had the part in stock, but sent two of his technicians, Jaisun and Yama, to my home promptly. They quickly removed the old part, and they installed the new one relatively quickly. At the time, I trusted the company and continued using them for several years after purchasing my home. Over time, however, I began to question the pricing of the services I was receiving. Recently, I hired another professional who reviewed my system and informed me that I had been paying for "water softening" services despite not having a water softening system installed. That discovery caused me to take a much closer look at the services and costs I had been paying for over the years. My most recent interaction was the final straw. I called simply to ask about the cost of replacing the UV filter bulb and replenishing the calcite/neutralizer media. Rather than receiving a straightforward answer, the representative repeatedly spoke to me in a condescending manner, saying, "Let me explain your service and how we work." I was not asking how the company operates. I was trying to determine what the total cost would be and what I had paid previously, since I did not have my old invoice in front of me. Despite asking several times, I never received a clear answer regarding my prior charges or what my expected total cost would be. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the bulb cost over $200 plus additional service charges. When I eventually stated that I would probably use another company, the response I received was simply, "That's fine." Customer service matters. Transparency matters. Respectful communication matters. Unfortunately, based on my experiences over the last several years, I can no longer recommend this company. While they may have provided excellent service in the past, my experience has been one of inflated costs, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. When friends, neighbors, or new homeowners ask me about water treatment companies, I can only honestly share the experiences that ultimately led me to find another provider.
