I called simply to ask about the cost of replacing the UV filter bulb and replenishing the calcite/neutralizer media. Rather than receiving a straightforward answer, the representative repeatedly spoke to me in a condescending manner, saying, "Let me explain your service and how we work." I was not asking how the company operates. I was trying to determine what the total cost would be and what I had paid previously, since I did not have my old invoice in front of me. Despite asking several times, I never received a clear answer regarding my prior charges or what my expected total cost would be. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the bulb cost over $200 plus additional service charges. When I eventually stated that I would probably use another company, the response I received was simply, "That's fine." Customer service matters. Transparency matters. Respectful communication matters. Unfortunately, based on my experiences over the last several years, I can no longer recommend this company. While they may have provided excellent service in the past, my experience has been one of inflated costs, poor communication, and a lack of transparency.
