Dont assume that all customers always call for discounts or planning not to pay bills 4. Most importantly if you are having a bad day dont show your frustration on customer. 5. Being it was after 6 pm, and the companies that I was familiar with were closed I took my chance and called Pupper because it stated they were open 24/7. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely polite and helpful and after I explained the situation he told me that he would send the truck out and it would be there in about 30-40 minutes...it was there in 20 minutes. Donny, who had already worked a long shift, mmediately got to work and worked for 2 straight hours. Unfortunately the job turned out to be more than just a regular pumping.due to the amount of grease. He also dug out the baffle ( i think it's what is called) to unclogged the pipe which was completele clogged. When Donny was all done and he gave me the bill I was shocked at the charge. He is a great communicator; he answered any question I had quickly, was always on time, and always did what he said he would do. His office helped walk me through a low-interest loan process with CT Green Bank and Mutual Security Credit Union. Garrett dealt with the town and got our permits. He and his small team came, put in a new tank and leach field. They drained the old tank, crushed it, and filled in the hole. They pumped out the old leach field and replaced that soil. Their heavy equipment left big dents in our lawn, but the entire area was filled in with topsoil, seeded, and covered with straw. All in two days! He and his team seemed to barely need to speak to each other, and worked like a well-oiled machine. Garrett is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, thoughtful, and hard-working.
