The Northline Mall used to be a big deal in Houston, when the city was a lot smaller, but now that it has expanded massively, it's one of those places that's dying and it's going to end up being converted into something completely different. You can still come here and get buses to anywhere, which is the good part.

I requested a formal contract but was not provided one, so I documented the agreed terms by email. My vehicle was scheduled for pickup on August 17, 2026, but that pickup was unsuccessful. During the subsequent dispute, the owner demanded an additional $100 dispatch fee that I had not agreed to. He texted me, "u owe me 100 and I won't ralease the car until it's paid" and later, "u need to pay my dispatch fee 100.00 or I will hold the car ur choice." My vehicle was eventually delivered on August 23, and the driver received the remaining agreed $550 in cash, bringing my total payment to the original $750. What happened afterward was even more concerning. After I posted a review about my experience, the business publicly responded by calling my review fake and referring to me as a "mental illness patient that work for us." I have never worked for this company. The owner then contacted me by text, called me a "miserable ugly ass person" and "loser," and stated, "iam getting car repo u have until 8 pm to erase the fake review" and "iam getting ur car jus wait." I found these communications extremely concerning, particularly because my vehicle had already been delivered and the agreed $750 had been paid. A business owner responding to a customer complaint with personal insults and statements about getting or repossessing the customer's vehicle is unacceptable to me. I have retained the emails, payment records, text messages, and screenshots documenting my experience. I am sharing this review so other consumers can make their own informed decision when selecting an auto transport broker.
