There was nothing on the door of the old office stating they moved, I had to get on the website to find out. I called them 6 times while I was driving to the new office to let them know I was still coming. No one answered the phone. On their voicemail it still states the Bradenton ave office address first even though they don't see psych patients there. They would not honor my appointment time and did not even offer to reschedule me. I asked to speak with the office manager and she was the least compassionate healthcare worker I have ever met. She started yelling at me in the waiting room in front of other patients and told me to "be an adult and accept consequences of my actions", how professional and compassionate of her! I will never be back, I told my PCP never to refer patients here, and if you are reading reviews trying to find a new practice, please do not come to this one. It's a total waste of your time.

So I have 3 healthcare insurances. The last 2 insurances are Medicare and Tricare for Life. I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. I called to make an appointment and was seen within a week or so. As you entered the office, you sanitize your hands and then make your way to the desk. Every one was wearing a mask and then temperatures were taken. If you have been to any medical office lately it's the standard treatment! The check in didn't take long and we were taken back to a room in about 15 minutes or so. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff and had a short interview with his nurse. Dr. Hannallah came in the room shortly after that. He had reviewed previous X-rays and spent a very reasonable amount of time with us. He was very straight forward with his thoughts and diagnosis. I have arthritis and it's continuing to get worse. He recommended strongly that I should never have surgery on my back! He also said that he wouldn't operate on my back!. My pain is degenerative and there is some disc degeneration, in the lumbar region. He asked to have an MRI done and then to return for results. I appreciated Dr. Hannallah and his honesty. I have known doctors that kind of lead you on and won't be straight forward with you. I am thankful that I was assigned to him and appreciated the answers I was given. Next up- MRI!

I wish I'd actually been able to get in to see the doctor at my appointment, I've had a rough…read moresummer of trying to get my chronic pain treated by some means that's not just pain meds, but unfortunately the staff made that impossible for me. I showed up 15 minutes early, checked in, completed all the paperwork, and sat down to wait... and wait. After I'd been there nearly an hour the television in the waiting room (which had been tuned to some daytime TV court show that I had mostly managed to ignore but was really surprised they kept on since there was a child in the room and it was initially about meth debts and crack moms abandoning kids) started getting even more severely offensive--in a very homophobic and transphobic direction. I asked the person at the desk if the channel could be changed or the show muted, she attempted to comply, then when the remote didn't work someone else came out from the back and turned it off. Promising... but then another woman (I'm assuming either the office or practice manager, since the other employees seemed to defer to her) came out and turned it back onto the same program and started to walk away with the remote. When I called out to her and asked again if the channel could be changed, she replied, "no, it's channel 28, it's Fox, if you have a problem with what they're playing call channel 28". When I reiterated that the show was offensive, she again told me to call channel 28 if I had a problem, but she wasn't going to change the channel or turn it off because "other patients shouldn't be deprived of the TV". Uh. Ok. So I asked if I should take my business elsewhere, and she said yes. Alright then. I left. tl;dr, this office apparently more highly prioritises keeping their waiting room TV on channel 28 than they do the comfort and care of their patients and ensuring they're not promoting hatred and bigotry to children. Definitely *NOT* GLBTIA friendly either.
