A technician was out in about an hour and gave us the option to repair our old unit or just replace it with a brand new one. Being tired of sinking money into our 20 year old unit, we made the decision to have a complete new heat and air unit installed. I made plans to take the family out of town for the weekend so all could be installed. Rhino was out first thing the next morning and before I could get off work to finish packing they had everything installed. Everything brand new from the thermostat to the drip pan! All of this in about 6 hours with 3 trucks and numerous people working their tails off and at a very affordable price! They even vacuumed my carpet when they were finished. The Tech that came to our house was supposed to check out our system and make necessary repairs. A thorough inspection was not done which left us needing HVAC assistance again. We chose another company and had excellent service with this new company. The experience we had with All Right was not a good one and we found out that they charge significantly more than their competitors.

I wasn't sure what the vents all around my fireplace were about, the fireplace inspection before I bought the house didn't mention them (or that they were part of the fan system that was broken), and the 2nd guy that came out to fix part of the bricks didn't know what they were about. But when I called Southwest Sweepers the woman who got back to me easily told me that they were vents that helped circulate the warm fireplace air into the house, and Curtis was able to find a new fan to replace my broken one, and install the light switch to turn it on & off. They installed a unit a little over 2 years ago, shortly after, our ceiling collapsed because of a…read morefaulty cut off switch, they came out and fixed the ceiling and the switch. They came out June 2nd at a cost of $140 and they are supposed to thoroughly clean and service the unit, on July 29th less than 2 months since the service the unit malfunctioned, with the same problem as before, this time the cutoff switch worked, and shut down the unit, we called them and their answering service and were told we would have to wait until the 1st of August for repairs. We had to call another provider to come fix the unit, when they came out, they said that the units P-Trap needed cleaned out, and it should be done once a year on our type of unit. and that is what we paid this company to do and apparently, they charged us $140 for nothing. also, we had to pay $299 out of pocket to another company to thoroughly clean the unit, since this company did not. I have requested a refund for the $140 service call that did not happen and the $299 because they did not do a proper service call on June 2nd. To this point all they have done is cancel our labor warranty and are refusing to take responsibility and are not paying the $439 out of pocket expense they owe. my experience with this company is that they do not honor their Labor warranty, they did not do a proper service call in June and will leave you hanging with out-of-pocket expenses instead of honoring their work.
