In my experience I've never seen a "Manager" / "Owner" of such an establishment bully a customer before until that day. I watched Trish kneel down at a table and get in a lady's face and without asking any questions on what happened, start reprimanding her on where shes from and how she act's. Saying "that's not how we do things here" with so much aggression cutting the poor lady off she couldn't even respond let alone explain what's going on. And she handled it with so much grace, still leaving a 20 tip. It was a complete misunderstanding that was entirely worthy of an apology had any of the staff cared to correct it. The waitress of that table stood behind the counter gossiping about them and the other waitresses took turns looking over and whispering while smirking until they left. What I saw happen was, the waitress forgot to put their order in and never checked in with them for an hour, and when asked about it was offended by the customers who responded in disappointment. A minute later a Manager (Trish) angrily confronts a local regular, assuming they were from out of town. If trish had seen the full thing there is no way she would have harassed this customer in her face like that. Regardless I can't recommend a place that operates in hostility, nor lacks that much communication through staff and customers let alone basic respect. It is beyond disappointing in service, quality, and experience.
