Norview Chiropractor is a RIPOFF. My husband and I were in a fender bender. Their office along with our attorney had us visit them 24 times each. I believe they over charged us per. Visit. They charged us almost 300 dollars per visit for about 10 minutes worth of service. Between my husband and myself they made over 10,000 off of us. Our settlement amount was 32,500 dollars. By the time the lawyer and Norview Chiropractor finished with their payments. My husband and I together didn't receive 10,000 out of the 32,500 between the 2 of us. So take my advice. Go to another chiropractor or if you use them don't allow them to schedule all those appointments for you. And make sure you ask how much ea session is costing. I'm going to get a lawyer to look into what they charged us. I checked with some other Chiropractors and they said we should have never been charged that much due to us not having serious injuries. if you are looking for a chiropractic group that listens and "aligns" you well then this group is 100% it. I have been coming here for years and they have always made sure I was back in standing form when I left. I came back after not having care for about 5-6 months, I had SI joint pain so bad that I walked bent over. I came in three times the first week of treatment, and then twice a week after for 4 weeks. Dr. Gigi (recently left and is missed) explained what was happening and how the treatment plan I was on would help. By week 2 I was walking again with no pain and could see a big improvement in lower limb pains. I also love the staff. Everyone works together to make sure patients are taken care of and you don't have a long wait. The response to appointments is very fast and the times are good for the M-F group. I love that they always have last-minute availability, multiple doctors to choose from with different styles, the staff is always very happy, obviously love their jobs because it is a wonderful environment. I wanted relief from a recent pain, not a several years long treatment plan, complete with gadget suggestions and multiple visits per week. They lost my confidence when they offered financing. I'm making this review after my first visit, which should tell you something (and I'm stingy with reviews). I've only ever been able to see one chiropractor over the years because I decide I need to go spur of the moment when something is REALLY hurting, and they were always able to fit me in. With that being said, this other practice has never successfully been able to adjust me (tried, no cracking) - I've just gotten massages on the various areas in pain, and the most impressive visit included a Tens Machine. Never any X-rays, not an incredibly thorough physical assessment... but they were at least nice and conveniently located? Well this last time, I've been in so much pain that I HAD to seek out another office that at least did X-rays. Initially I was instant messaging them from their easy to navigate site (awesome), and then I randomly called seeing when the next availability for new patients was, where the lovely Amber got me in within the HOUR! I even filled out the paperwork online via my phone and it virtually sent to them! Every other placed was booked for at least a week plus. Now, for the nitty gritty. The location is hard to miss, large, and pretty inviting. The open concept (you can see people getting adjusted) is a little less intimate than I'd prefer, but that's my only negative. The initial physical was shockingly thorough and done in a separate room. Then Dr. Marc came in to do a quick assessment to see if X-rays would be necessary (I was already going to ask anyway) and to let me know roughly what the price may be if I did get them (not necessary for me but probably good for those with financial concerns.) X-rays were done with amber (she did my physical assessment too, multifaceted she is) and then Dr. Marc and another Doctor reviewed them while I went to the main adjustment area and laid down while this super vibrating thing "loosened" my muscles prior to adjusting. It felt awesome. Dr. Marc came back to do a quick adjustment and tell me what a few of his goals for me based off the X-ray, but that my next appointment will be going over the X-rays in depth, sketching out my goals and areas of focus, etc. and wouldn't you know... he cracked my neck like walnuts at Christmas! Thank HEAVENS! He then sat me in what must be a $10k massage chair for 15 mins to just finish off before rescheduling for my follow up. All in all, a verrrry pleasant experience and I'm looking forward to my spinal health from here on out. Should anything go awry, I'll update accordingly! read more

This is THE best chiropractic office I've ever been to in my life. And I've been to a number. As soon as you walk in, there is a warm, friendly feeling. The doctors are all outstanding. They have the latest new 'tools' to address any issue. They have the BEST massage chairs to use before or after a treatment. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. I wish this review could be better but unfortunately I am in the middle of quite the insurance debacle with these folks. I started seeing Dr. Dan (who is lovely) in early October when I was about halfway through my pregnancy. I have zero complaints about his service. He is wonderful, kind, and I felt good every time I left his office. My problem is that I was told by the administrative assistant, Jessica, that my out-of-pocket from there on our would be free because I had met my deductible for my insurance. Fast forward to late January, just days before I gave birth, I receive a bill for $169.00 itemizing services dating back to my first visit. Since then I have received no less than three more bills, except these last two have been much shorter, itemized differently, and the total is now $49 less. There has been zero explanation as to why I was lied to from the get go and when I called after that first bill, I was told it would be "looked into." I haven't heard from the office since except for a couple of bills throughout the last year. I just sent a copy of the original bill and the newer bill along with a scathing letter to the office. I do recommend a business that cannot appropriately maintain accurate information on accounts. If you tell a client they will not be paying anything out of pocket and then bill them three months later, you are shady and deceitful. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau next as well as contacting our family lawyer to find out where to go from here. I wish I could have given zero stars. Again, the service by Dr. Dan was wonderful. But the fact that I was lied to and billed months later negates that entirely. Shame on them. read more

The few times I have went in the staff seem's very disorganized. I took it staff was going through a transition since they have moved offices. It doesn't seem to be getting any better. This was the first time I went in and my adjustment was very painful. I actually think something might be fractured. Adjustment felt very rushed. After today's visit I will be finding a new Chiropractor in the area. Also the insurance issues everyone here talks about I can relate to. I had suffered through years of shoulder pain, hardly able to raise my arm above pain, with excruciating pain dropping it back down. Afters numerous MRI's, a couple of ortho surgeons and decades of PT...nothing really helped. I had taken my 9-year-old there who was complaining about back spasms and "growing pains" and decided to give Dr. Dan a try. Best decision I have ever made!!! After 15 years of extreme pain, disappointment and no answers, the pain is now totally gone. His compassion, knowledge, and insights are incredible. Because of the unexpected success, I have continued to go back regularly to get adjustments and the deep tissue massages from the professional, knowledgeable and talented Marissa. She is a wonderful technician and her hands and elbows should be enshrined in some sort of "hall of fame". The doctors and staff at Norview Chiropractic seriously saved my life. Three months ago, i was homebound with chronic sciatic pain. Drs Marc and Dan worked with me over an intensive period of several weeks and brought me up from the very depths of misery to a nearly full function. I got so better after just a month with them that I was able to get a job for the first time in over a year, and i've been able to keep it up for longer than would have been possible before i began treatment. Everyone who works at the office is extremely pleasant and professional, scheduling is a breeze, and they are VERY good at communicating. Even during off hours, they return phone calls if you are having a serious issue. I could not recommend this practice more highly to ANYONE, no matter what your physical condition. read more

I went in for a back adjustment and during my time to be worked on, as soon as a couple of other patients came into the room,I was asked by the Dr if I was in a hurry? and that he would give me heat treatment along with another therapy treatment that wasn't usually given me,I wasn't in a hurry so I said so. Shortly after that one of the assistants who was to give me the massage treatment began the massage with some type of deep vibrating thing that lasted all of maybe 45 seconds before she stopped then said she would be back with the heat treatment,a couples minutes later I felt the heat pack literally just thrown not placed but thrown on my back! I laid there so long my face became tired of being in the little hole so I picked my head up and rested it ontop of my hands and began to look around,there were 3 other clients lying on tables the Dr worked on while I laid there with this heat pack,2 of them came into the room after me I'd like to add and one had a dog with her that had the whole room smelling like DOG..When the Dr finally came over to work on me he said something about my muscles feeling tight in my lower back,then actually said "you have a higher pain tolerance" WHAT? I have a higher pain tolerance,REALLY? I told him if my pain tolerance was all that high I wouldn't be there. Obviously ignorant people still think people of color doesn't feel pain like people of no color..and it was obvious he made me wait although I was there first until he worked on the other clients..I will never go back to this practice ever!!! read more

I found Dr. Marc and Dr. Dan after my boyfriend and I were in a car accident. The physician I initially went to took X-rays but ultimately sent me out the door with pain killers and muscle relaxers. My boyfriend went to Norview Family Chiropractic and was informed that he had moderate/severe whiplash from the accident and urged me to go see them as well. I did. I also had moderate/severe whiplash and was put on a treatment plan to correct it immediately. Within a month I was released from their care, and I've never felt better. These doctors don't keep you coming in for months and months and months. They actually make you feel better and then just have you come back every so often for maintenance. I truly have nothing but great things to say about this place. Jessica at the front desk is an absolute dream as well. She remembers your name when you walk in the door and answers any and all questions you may have. I tell everyone I know about this place! read more

Office is well-organized for scheduling, but I was told that my daughter's insurance was taken by them. One of the doctors told me that, "No problem, she's only $25 a visit, anyway!" When I started getting bills for her to the tune of almost $200 for three appointments and called them, I was told that they were NOT covered under her insurance. It must have been a "mistake by the insurance company" even though THEIR secretary checked the insurance for me (having my daughter's insurance info in hand) PRIOR to me scheduling. They agreed to bill me as "self pay" instead, and I pod an additional $60 on top of the co-pays I had already paid. I figured I just wouldn't have her go back there and would find another chiropractor in the future. Now I am starting to get even MORE bills from them for the same appointments that they had agreed to take "self-pay" for and that I had paid above and beyond my insurance co-pay.
