New Behavior Technicians are given a strong foundation when they go through our training program. This allows me to further their growth while still being able to provide quality services to my clients. For those Behavior Technicians that are not meeting company standards, there are clear protocols in place that state when it is needed to hold a disciplinary action meeting. This allows me to convey an action plan so that the Behavior Technician can clearly understand what is needed to improve. Their school schedule is like Centralia's school schedule and has summer school as an option. The only reason why my son has not enrolled yet is my son is receiving certain services from our insurance that is practically the whole day. Once those services go away, we certainly enroll him.
