They've delivered on Holidays when we in dire need of oil, pick up on weekends to take orders for the following Monday. They are fast, efficient, and have wonderful customer service - from the woman who answers the phone to the driver. Most recently I requested billing history from when we started with them and the woman who usually answers did it without hesitation. She has always been kind whenever I have called and went above and beyond in this case. If I knew her name I would have mentioned it! I am on the auto delivery for oil and they keep my tank full. 10 month payment plan with an annual maintenance done. 4 stars because I would recommend they call you annually to set uo the maintenance. Most other home maintenance companies I deal with make it a point to callbor send a reminder post card. Would be great if Andersen Oil did that. And if they computerized their paement system so you can pay online. They still rely on the snail mail for bills.

Books genealogy and…read moreOtis The first Norwich library was built in 1849 with money donated by Deacon (Joseph) Otis; Like most of the libraries back then it was a subscription library and only became a free library in 1891. The old Greek Revival building was pretty cool but it was just to small to accommodate the growing community and so a new, larger but more ordinary building was built in the 1960s. Over the years the new building also proved to be inadequate so the library managed to receive a 4.5 million dollar grant in 2004 for renovations and improvements. This was the largest library grant in state's history and certain turned the library into a wonderful place to research and visit. Unfortunately over the last few years money has been scarce and the library has been losing funding, resulting in loss of hours and programs. Hopefully this will change in the near future. Lot of open space, cool places to sit and a extremely useful local history and genealogy room. A lovely area for kids and even a pleasant little courtyard outside. Not a historical or stunning building like lots of the many of the old libraries in the area but one that has a charming and friendly atmosphere and is a library that is a very pleasant place to work, learn or just look around.

Ok I am taking my time to provide them a review because all we always here about DMV is negative. I…read morewas there last Tuesday for car registration. I had to make an appointment. Arrived at 9am; appt was at 9:20AM. I was about the door by 9:22 am. I went in thinking the worst cause I had a few issues. DMV had 2 profiles for me for some reason, my registration had expired for over a year. They had the wrong address on file provided by the dealer so I never got proper notifications. The person that helped me was very pleasant and solved my issue and understood the situation. The only feedback I can give them is to allow for more appts. The place was empty. Only one person waiting at a time because there was no wait. Everyone was at a window but one person every single time. They could definitely afford to help more people. It was hard for me to find a slot but it didn't have to be like that. Thanks DMV
