I specifically asked if it would all fit and if they would make multiple trips. I was quoted a price for six hours including tax. They did bring most of the large, heavy stuff but took NONE of the boxes. Now I am left to empty half of a 10x25 unit in MANY trips in my car. Not only that, but one of the movers spent a lot of time trying to get out a splinter (using tweezers that I offered) and using the bathroom and the other guy stood around waiting for him. This caused me to be charged for an extra hour. I'm grateful for what they did, but it wasn't as much as I was expecting. I'm older and on a limited budget so I went with the lower priced option because she said they would handle it, but they didn't and now my arthritic knees and back are paying for it.

I told them I ordered a 7 ft piano board (the size appropriate for a grand piano) and that a piano tuner had said it was a grand piano and they thought that was good. They showed up with two saying one mover didn't show up, accused me of telling them it was a baby grand, moved it a few inches, dropped it and damaged it significantly, then left, saying they were going to find more manpower. They did not return my phone calls or messages. Do not use them - ever! They were recommended by the storage place - SROA. Shame on them all. They ruined a piano.
