That being said, while I love the store, there is one glaring problem I've been experiencing. The basement, where I usually spend most of my time, has become unbearable! The heat always seems to be on max at all times or the ac isn't ever on and this issue has gotten to the point that I can't spend more than 5 minutes without sweating. They also have a bunch of card games and board games. In the past, I stopped in and there were a bunch of folks in a side room playing an online video game. Unfortunately, COVID had a bit of an impact on that business. It sounded like they are trying to work out a new contract to get that going again.

The newest Pokémon card sets are nearly impossible to find elsewhere, yet somehow, Chris's Comics always has them in stock. They also buy cards--something I plan on taking advantage of soon--and sell singles for collectors looking for specific finds.
