It almost feels like a little self-care moment rather than a medical appointment. They also have a points/rewards system which I love because it makes coming back feel even more worth it. I've been here about four times now, mostly for recovery shots before/after workouts and travel prep, and overall I've had a good experience. The people actually doing the injections are always very nice, professional, and efficient. I also appreciate that on your first visit they have you do a quick Zoom consultation with a nurse to review your medical history and make sure everything is appropriate beforehand. It made the process feel more legitimate and medically responsible rather than overly casual. I've never had to wait very long and you're usually in and out pretty quickly, which I really like. I also think their happy hour pricing is reasonable. Outside of happy hour, though, I personally think some of the services are priced a bit high. One thing I do agree with from some other reviews is that the front desk experience can be inconsistent. There's a younger blonde receptionist whose energy has come across a little curt/unwelcoming the first couple times I came in, especially when I had questions. In contrast, the guy who works the front desk has always been super friendly and helpful. I will also say the menu/setup on the wall looks aesthetically cool, but it's honestly not very clear or easy to navigate as a customer, so it naturally leads to more questions. I had a terrible migraine today that my normal remedies just weren't fixing... I went in to Not A Bar Dripp Bar for a shot of zofran (nausea) and another of toradol (pain/anti-inflammatory). After a quick zoom with a nurse to review my medical history, I was in and out and within 20 minutes I am feeling SO much better. There was no attempt to upsell or sell a membership - just a welcoming reception and easy experience. They offer snacks and drinks (which I didn't try because of the nausea, but it really was a thoughtful touch). The place was immaculate, and had a very cute aesthetic. As an unexpected bonus, shots are half off Monday-Friday from 12-5! Best $20 ever spent. read more

Two days after the treatment, my arm became very swollen, painful, and badly bruised. This is not normal, and it is clear that my vein was injured during the IV placement. When I called the clinic to let them know what happened, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. They kept repeating that this was "normal," even though the swelling and pain were getting worse. Their attitude and lack of care were completely unprofessional. I'm very disappointed and genuinely concerned about the quality and safety of their services. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place. I came in because I had a migraine for three days, and my medications weren't working. My aunt suggested I try Not a Bar Dripp Bar, so I decided to give it a shot and tried a liter of "Surviving, Not Thriving." Ryan was the nurse who inserted my IV - he did it completely pain-free and was very kind and attentive throughout the infusion process. The environment was really comfortable, with cozy reclining chairs and even blankets provided. As much as I love rock music, I only wish the volume had been turned down a bit since I was dealing with some noise sensitivity from the migraine. That was the only downside, but overall, everything else was great! There's also plenty of parking, which made the whole experience even easier. I'd definitely come back again. read more

I don't normally leave reviews because I'm not an internet person, and I hate confrontation, but my experience here was horrible and I think it's important to warn other people with chronic illness that this is not a safe place to get treatment. I came in to get an IV and the nurse who helped me was very uncaring. As soon as I walked in, there was an awful chemical smell from either a candle or some type of scented plug-in thing. It was late & nearby IV locations close earlier, & I desperately needed an IV because I have chronic illness, so I decided to stay. I let the nurse know that I had a headache, and that the chemical smell was making it worse, and asked if she could please put it out. She looked at me like I was crazy and told me there was nothing she could do because it was in the front room (it wasn't, I could see it literally 10 feet away). So I ended up getting a massive migraine, and even though I covered my face with my jacket, the smell was so strong I couldn't escape it, even when breathing through my mouth (it probably sounds like I'm exaggerating, but the smell was so strong that my boyfriend could smell it all over my clothes when I got home 30 minutes later - he's not sensitive to chemical smells like I am & he said it smelled nauseating). I've been to many different IV places over the years, and I've never met a nurse who was so uncaring. I assume there's a big percentage of people who get IVs that have chronic illness, and it's basic knowledge that chemical scents can trigger people with migraines, cancer, or chronic illness. If you're going to run a wellness space, people who are sick should not be exposed to chemicals. Also, it's just common decency as a nurse, someone who helps people for a living, to care more about a patient than a candle (especially a patient who is paying $200 for a treatment). Besides her dismissiveness about the candle, she was also very abrupt with my treatment. Nurses will usually administer glutathione last, and do it slowly, because it burns and has an awful taste. She pushed it before the IV had started, and did it so quickly that it hurt a lot. Also, all the IV places I've been to either have relaxing music, or no music. They were playing the most insufferable country music, and bad taste aside, it's standard for wellness spaces to feel peaceful and relaxing, which is impossible when you play horrendous music. I don't write this to get anyone in trouble, but just to let the owner know that the nurse who works there needs to understand the customer base she is serving and learn to have more compassion for people with chronic illness. On a positive note - the chairs were comfy, the prices are relatively cheaper than other places, and there are discounts on the weekend. But if you get migraines, or have a chronic illness that is triggered by chemical scents, I would highly recommend calling first to see if they are still using the candles/chemical plug-ins. read more

I absolutely love this place. Staff is super amazing, caring, and gentle. The decor and sounds make it feel like home. They also have free WiFi. They have cozy lounge seats and I loooove their blankets. I go for Glutathione IV treatment and I always feel so amazing and re-energized every time I get it. They do have other treatments but this is what I go for. I'm very picky about where I get treatments and I have to say this location is the ONLY place I trust and go to. Yes, I am regular, I go back because they are good at what they do and it helps me in my training. I am just short of 70 years old and lead an active life, I am happily married , my wife are busy in life, we have 10 grandchildren that keep us hopping. We are very involved in their lives and ours. I at the Not a Bar Dripp Bartoday and the word must be out being healthy is a good thing! Five of the six chairs were occupied, the staff was busy with clients.
