Hot Pilates Sculpt with Regina was incredible! She demonstrates the workouts well which is good for visual learners like me. It's challenging but doable for beginners also like myself. She does do the workouts with everyone else majority of the time. Receptionists are nice. Regina herself was also very nice although I didn't speak to her. This is only my second class so i'm looking forward to the rest and staying at this studio! I just had to highlight and give a shoutout to Regina for an amazing workout! Took a 7am hot yoga sculpt class with my bestie. Inside of the studio is genuinely so aesthetic. I love how they can change the colors of the lights during class. Our instructor also had a really good playlist which honestly amps you up more. It was a bit tough at times but such a good flow. The class prices are also so reasonable. I definitely would love to come back to try another class. It was definitely a good workout :) love that it was heated as well! read more

This is a studio I feel safe at! I do Pilates class 2 times a week w/Jordin/Ashlee/Sam and Rebound three times a week with Krystin and Melina. I also sometimes stick around for the stretch or yoga w/Rosa or Bea. Each instructor really takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable during the class and each of them give you a backround before class starts about themselves and what they want you to take from the class. The front desk always greets me and most of them know me by now because of how many times I go a week lol. I feel like this is becoming my second home. There is no mean girl energy and that's what I live for!!!! The Revival Room has a positive and relaxing vibe! The owner, Taylor is very knowledgeable about many different wellness options and didn't hurt me at all when doing my IV. The other nurses and staff are also so friendly, helpful, and kind. I also like the fact that there are two rooms.
