The inspector, Jed, did a fabulous job. He is so easy to work with! Knowledgeable, patient, super responsive to questions, just a pleasure to work with! The report received was very detailed with lots of pictures and even videos. They also have a concierge service that comes with the inspection. I haven't used it yet, but it looks great.
