I came here to get my passport picture taken yesterday (after CVS could not get a clear picture) and the guy that helped me was so great!! He truly did his job with excellence!! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. It was tricky because it was for an Australian passport not an American passport, and the dimensions were different than the standard but he had the ruler out to make sure my head measurement was perfect and everything was just right. If they care so much about the details of a passport photo I would assume anything that goes through here will be in very good hands. :) read more

I Just passed my MLO License and had to go get fingerprints for my background check I scheduled my appointment same day. Closest location was Post Box Newport. I had an appointment for 4:20 , when I walked in someone had her fingerprint appointment and was being taken care of. I noticed a line of 2 awaiting to send packages. Incredible, quick and efficient service. I went in yesterday because I needed live scan fingerprinting, passport photos and documents printed for a license. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for all of that, which is very impressive! Sometimes I have to wait over 30-40 minutes at the post office or other service places to have just one of those accomplished! I found Postbox Newport on Yelp and went to get my passport photos today. I'll always be back for all shipping, photo and notary public services. This place is well organized. The photo setup is great. The backdrop is set up with good lighting and their internet connected photo printer checks automatically that the photo meets passport criteria. They also use a really good digital camera and let me see a number of photos to select from. Finally a passport photo that does not look like a mugshot. I needed a physical address (not PO Box) for my online business and they had the best rates in all of Newport Beach. The person there was really friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone which reassured me that I would be able to get assistance if I had any mail questions or problems. You get a physical address, 24 hour access, and they accept packages from all carriers.
